Good tasty food, not great service. First of all i get there around 11:30 am and order the prime rib. They tell me it will be two hrs. until its ready. That was my whole reason for going there. They are supposed to serve prime rib all day on the weekends. Then my waitress did not put in my appitizer order even though i reminded her twice about it. It came out 15 minutes aftet the meal did. The rib i did order was cooked just right and very juicy tasting. The creamy spinach was a huge serving. The bread was good as usual. Hot and with spreadable butter.
Ahi tuna appetizer is the BEST. Our food is always awesome and we always get great service. Time after time we have such an awesome meal and experience. On our last visit, one steak was a bit overdone (we have gone many times before and it’s NEVER happened) and the manger, Mohammad did everything in his power to correct it. Offered a new steak and free appetizer for next time. Our server was so nice and friendly. Really, you rarely find that type of consistency and customer service nowadays. Will continue to come back as we always do!

Seated quickly, not super busy when we arrived. Waitress took drink orders and appetizers requests and served them in a timely manner. Took our orders and listened to the special preparation request for meal. First time I have received food prepared as requested for dietary needs. Thank you to our waitress and the person who actually prepared my meal. The whole meal was great and tasted super, one of the first that had zero salt. Made a nice dining experience that much more pleasant. In my limited outings this will be a place to return for another rare outing for a meal.
Very good experience. Ashley was our waitress. Ashley was awesome... she made sure our drinks were full... she made sure we had plenty of bread... she checked on us quite often but not to be annoyed. The food was great.
Good food and good service. The booth we were seated in was a bit dirty. The wall that separated us from the opposite side had sauce or something splattered all over it. Hence, the 4 star rating. The Chocolate Thunder From Down Under was very good!
We came to outback Friday night for my son’s birthday dinner and our server Jordan was exceptional. She went out of her way own to make him feel special and her customer service was exceptional. My son loved her ❤️Otherwise, the food was good, the restaurant is clean but the music is a tad bit loud. We will definitely be back in the future
1-25-2022My husband and I walked in to this place around 3:30 pm. It was not busy at all. We waited to be seated and asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. We said no we would like a table please. He said just a minute. We waited and waited and waited. We were told again by another server just a minute. Again we wait and wait and wait some more. We finally just walked out. We ended up at the neighboring Hoffbrau’s and we were seated right away and it was some of the best food we have had in a long time. Our waiter was spectacular. Outback doesn’t even deserve one star but we also want to thank Outback staff for not seating us because we evidently went to the better restaurant.
Initially I had a not so great experience with takeout from this location. I reached out to the restaurant, and Paul, the Proprietor, got back to me immediately. He was so sincere and overnighted me a gift card with a hand written note. I was able to use the gift card and had a much better experience. It really meant a lot that Paul would go above and beyond to care about the quality of food and service at his restaurant.
Had the pleasure of getting a great steak what topped it off was the waitress. She was so kind and respectful she took pride in her work. We gave her many compliments and a well deserved tip.
