Was disappointed they only have Kiosk for ordering. There was a daughter with her elderly mother that were not from USA. They struggled to place their order. Our order was difficult with all the questions. Sandwich or meal deal? What drink? Sauces? Asked about upsizing. Do you want a meal combo came up twice. Cut the questions out. You should be able to just put in meal number and be done! It asked for a Table Tent? What is that? I had to yell to the back to ask an employee. Answer:"We don't have any. Just put in any numbers"After multiple attempts of putting a number up to 150. Like theinstruction said.It took just #1. A customer told us Hire HUMANS! At least give the elderly, disabled, foreigner, a choice if they want to use Kiosk. Took forever. 1)4 patty was burnt. Allow more than one on br at a time. Awful!
I would have thought that the use of next-gen kiosk to place orders would give the store more time to keep the place clean. Boy, was I dreaming? Yessir!
Cashier over charged me by adding extra meals. Repeated meals to him he then added extra fries to the order. He told me my order was $19, didn't give me a receipt. Once I pulled up to the second window and checked my bank discovered he charged me $27. Had to get manager involved. I have no idea what he was doing but im sure he intentionally didn't give me a receipt.
Was in drive up for 30 minutes the girl that handed me our drinks and food was very rude just pushed the drinks at me and never smiled or said a word just shoved the bag through the window and shut the glass. I guess she was having a bad day.
Ate here at lunch today 12:00 1/17/22- Double cheeseburger had old, hard bottom bun and fries were not hot, crisp or even fresh. Most likely yesterdays fries. We threw it all out. It wasn't edible!I wasn't expecting "good" from McD, but "decent" or even hot, would've been acceptable. Management needs to address this store. At this rate it'll be something else by 2023.
Wow McDonald's! I spend $5 for a fish sandwich and this is what I get. Won't be going to your location anymore. Shame on you for this!!! Couldn't even provide the bottom half.. WOW!!!
This Macdonald’s is the worst ! I just bought food from there. They forgot to give me bbq sauce for my sons nuggets, they ran out of apple pies(seriously why are they even on the menu they never have any!) and they put a bunch of Big Mac sauce on my quarter pounder ! And it takes them forever to make the food! Seriously, train these workers again and stock more apple pies !
Last week I was passing through on my way back home to Los Angeles. My family and I felt ignored by the staff. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and nothing. The staff looked at us then at each other and ignored us. My sister pushed the assistance button and was still ignored. We left, feeling unwelcome. The service sucks and it leaves a bad impression for people visiting your city.
Ordered McRib and after waiting 15 minutes for the online order, I got home and the McRib I ordered wasn’t even a McRib but instead Chicken Nuggets! I mean really?….
Passing through town. Wanted to go in and have breakfast. But no way that was going to happen. Had to use the kiosk because nobody at the counter would even talk to you and had to use a credit card for payment no cash allowed. You can bet I will stop using Mc Donald's in the future. They don't care about me so I will go some place else
