Always and I do say always gets the order wrong charges you for correct order yet gives you a random hamburger or something cheaper or wrong flavor. Never picks up phone when call to try and talk to them to make it right. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would.

Food was hot and fresh.the location is pretty dated compared to the other locations in the city and my wait time could have been better

McDonald's seems to be a family place where you can take your children and enjoy an outing. My personal experience last week was ok. Entering the premises was awful ?! The pot holes need to be repaired, the person at the first window was nice but her face appeared as if she did not want to be there. I ordered oatmeal and there was barely any water in the container and the water wasn't hot. I did not have time to go inside for them to fix the error because I had personal business to attend to. So, I give it a 3 star rating.

I cannot use drive up and have to go in. I'm handicapped and had to stand 20 minutes while ordering at required hard to use kiosk and waiting for order. I had to finish sacking order in plastic bag so that I could carry while using my cane. Store still does not use dining room. I will NOT return

I work as maintenance technician at all stores. I give them all top rating for quality food and food safety practice, HACP. I'm proud to be a McDonald's tech. Price is Great too ! You get what you pay for !!!!

The line is always long and it doesnt move very fast at all. The fries are hit or miss. Sometimes fresh and hot, sometimes taste like they left them out on a counter all night. Everything else is good though.

Went to this location today to pick up an order for door dash. Waited in drive-thru for 4 cars when the employee said to come inside and pick up the order. Meanwhile- the order is sitting on the cabinet ready to go. Shame on the employees- If you hate your job that much….find another one.

First of all, they took forever to take our order. Meanwhile the people at the other speaker were coming and going quickly. All I ask if there’s one person taking the order, go back and forth. I shouldn’t be waiting there forever.

It was apparently really hard to make sure they were handing the right food out the window. I was handed a bag of fries and the window was shut before I could say that wasn't all I had. Then the lady at the window opened it up to see why I was still sitting there. Handed her my receipt, she hands another little bag out to me, still not what I ordered. I try to tell her what I need and homegirl just walks away without saying a word. Finally a manager comes up and says "here's your food" and shuts the window. They were incredibly rude and still didnt give me sauce even though I asked 3 times. The girl working the window literally wouldn't even listen to me to tell her what I needed.

The location at i-40 and western has gave cold hash browns multiple times but my sausage biscuit is always hot this morning 12/16/21 I ordered a mocka frappe and I got a Carmel the 2 different frappe don't even sound alike. And the store on i-40 and grand there frappe machines never work. And the one in the pilot I sit in the drive through for a solid 20 minutes waiting on the car in front of me then when I got to the window my burgers were cold and my frappes were starting to get hot and the whipp cream was melted so I told them I wanted fresh ones and she said I had a attitude and yes I did after the wait and unacceptable food and drinks
