Fast doesn't even begin to compare to the word that needs to be used here this food was so fast and the service was incredibly quick efficient well run and tasty
Had not been at a McDonald's in a while, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good! 4 stars because we had to wait for our drinks and we ended up going inside to get them...
I hate that this McDonald’s doesn’t serve ice cream at night… “we’re not serving ice cream at this time” is what I was told at 12:47. Like just tell us your lazy and not gonna clean the machine.
Waited through a very long drive through line to find out they don't serve decaf coffee. WHAT??.. This is the first McDonald's I've ever been that didn't.
Yes it was late when we got there waited in line for 30 minutes when we got our food the lady was very nice and very helpful the only thing that we found wrong with our order was that we did not receive fresh bread it was hard I love my son but everything else was great
Can never get an order at this location and we t be correct! It’s like they mess the orders up on purpose! Can’t stand ordering from this location, staff is anything but knowledgeable. Wish there was a way I could leave no stars! Absolute trash!
Seriously, the worst worst worst worst worst worst McDonald’s ever been. All employees need to be re-trained, and improve their commutation skills. I would give a no-star if I could.The girl mistakenly gave my order to the wrong person, I had waited for extra 20 mins for them to remake my sandwiches and not a single apology was given.I don’t believe this is how McDonald’s trained their employees to treat their customers. I need the manager to reply back to this message, or else I won’t let this go.
Went through the line. Paid and they told me that I could get the receipt at the next window. When I got to that window, the person was ticked off that I asked for one and said go to the third window. Not we will have that for you in a moment. Could you please pull to the next window. This ticked me off for poor customer service. Waited there for a good 10 or 15 minutes for a receipt. Then a young man comes to the window to find out what I need only because I was holding up the line. The fries were limp and not done. The nuggets I hope we're done because my son ate them while waiting. I know that there is a shortage of workers. I worked fast food. But to cop an attitude about walking to the register to get it and instead making me pull to a window to wait on it and then no idea why I'm sitting there? Come on!
Hate plastic cups drinks water down to quick. Usually get when I'm at work. Drink doesn't last taste wise and will just pass overall. Usually a gamble on food taste and presentation. Employees are polite.
Can’t speak for the day shift, but the night shift is full of nothing but rude and incompetent employees. The manager slammed the window on us and refused to give us the sauce we paid extra for. All of our food was cold and Honestly it’s ridiculous. It’s McDonald’s, not a 5 star restaurant. Not that hard to do your simple jobs. Especially when I was the only one in line. I hope you’re all fired
