This place is a mess they don't listen to you, don't get your order right even when it is simple, and they just say sorry and walk away. When you order online pick up in drive through because if not you will be waiting in curbside for 30 min with cold food. Then they will tell you they are out of frappes and oh wait to make up for the 8 dollars they put eggs on your Sausage mccmuffins that now have to go in the garbage because your kids seen the egg and refuse to eat. Terrible management at this store.

Fries were really soggy. Both burgers were still pink in the middle and they didn’t even get the orders right!!! And the wait time was so long but the burgers were some how still pink!!!

We had to go though 4 times though the drive though and yall still got our order wrong and it was just 3 sandwiches i dont know what yall are doing and they were laughing about getting it wrong i will be calling corporate over Grand st mcDonald's even the manger got our order wrong after we told him 3 times at the window

The dining room is closed. Drive through leaves you with a lot of questions. What did they say, did they get my order right, is everything in the bag or did they forget something.Only for me to get home and realize that 2 of my burgers are missing. Yes it is on my receipt. Now I have to load 4 kids and drive back to talk to someone in the drive thru.

They weren’t that busy today like other days! ??‍♀️, my drink was wrong but they corrected it there but when I came back to work, my hamburger was really upsetting ??, need to be more careful in the prep area, do they not wait hairnets????

You can only order from the kiosk. Which would be ok if it was cleaned between people. This store was very busy and they were never cleaned. The kid who helped us went back and forth to the cash register and outside to deliver food and packed food and had NO gloves on. He did not use sanitizer or didn't wash his hands. He proceeded to grab our cups with his fingers inside. My husband asked for new cups and told him not to touch the inside. The young man was not happy about it. He should use gloves, and be more aware of cleanliness when he's working.Thankfully our food was packaged by his helper.

I am very disappointed in McDonald's at this location. I drove here for breakfast and I saw that their lights were not on but it was time for them to open also Google maps said that they were open too however when I went to the drive-thru somebody came on the intercom but I don't think they realized that I was on the other end so instead of telling me that they weren't open yet they shut off their intercom and just left me hanging. I don't understand why a little bit of communication considering I can see in the windows that there's employees in there is such a hard thing. Ignoring customers is not necessarily good customer service at all. Step up your game McDonald's

First of all it was drive thru only, which is ridiculous. The time get the food after ordering was very slow. With only three cars in front of us we waited about 15 minutes to get our order. We ended up having to send all but two items back in because they weren't prepared the way we wanted. Then to top off the wonderful experience we were given 5 sauces for 50 chicken nuggets.

After a long drive to a Dr appt, sitting in a Dr office, and having a hungry 7 year old. This McDonald's made things alot easier. I used some points to get a burger, didn't know you couldn't use them and a deal in the same hour. ? well, my daughter wants a slush. So I order a small and large frozen coke. Go inside, they can't make that. So the manager, I assume, made them shakes!!! Score!!! And was very very polite and courteous. Thanks y'all.

15 times in the last month we have gone here and so far not ONCE have they gotten our simple order right. It is 1 double cheeseburger and the 40 mcnugget combo with 6 sweet and sour sauces. This last time we added another 20 piece mcnugget and they left it out. We told the girl and she took back the bag, checked it, and then went back in and came back with the 20 piece. We get home and empty the bags and we have 3 20 piece mcnuggets, 2 fries, and no hamberger which was in the bag to begin with. 15 times is not a simple problem and we are beginning to think it is deliberate. We called to talk to a manager but only got a recording where we left a message. To date we have never heared back from them.
