The only way to order when dining in is through the kiosk. I feel bad for the elderly who can't seem to figure out the kiosk and absolutely no employee is willing to help out.When you need something that requires help from one of the ladies, they always seem to be disgruntled and that alone is reason enough not to eat there.The dining room is always dirty, and you aren't allowed to sit in the first table because that is where the employees sit. It's always the only clean table.The restrooms are always filthy. The drink area is horrendous with coke all over the place. The garbage looks like it only gets taken out when the receptacle can't close anymore.1 star for poor customer service, the uncleanliness of the place and always bad attitudes here.

Worst customer service ever!! Lobby was a mess, tables hadn’t been cleaned! They weren’t even busy to not have employees out there cleaning! Just a mess period!!
The food was horrible it took ages to get, my order was wrong and burn, but Jackie’s service in the bathroom was outstanding.
Cold fries, no straw given with drink at the drive-thru, and they gave me an apple pie when I ordered blueberry. Not impressed & wouldn’t recommend
Did an online order, it was all wrong. Went back up and they said we have your order. Cold all of it! Ridiculous! We always have a hard time getting what we order! The employees are rude as well! No more McDonald's for my family!
I am not sure I like that you have to order on a screen. There were no table toppers or numbers so I couldn't complete my order without finging a real person to help. Then I didn't get a receipt and I needed one for travel so again I had to find a real person to ask for a receipt. Who then told me I couldn't get one with prices so I had to find another real person who could do it for me.
I know McDonald’s could careless about customer service but damn this was bad. The kids that work that night shift were rude and not professional but I guess that’s what you get for eating there?
