Customer service is good, however the quality of their lunch menu is consistently subpar. Fries are old and dried out when served, sandwiches taste off. Breakfast is usually okay though.You get what you pay for, I just wish it was a little fresher.
Fast, friendly, and clean they have a play area that is open. They are using the kiosk for orders for the safety of staff and customers. Unfortunately this is sketchy neighborhood so I would not advise a dine in at night. Drive through moves relatively fast luckily. The Fountain drinks for Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper are still down (almost a week now) .. maybe they are made of plastic parts as well??
Had me pull forward to wait for my food sat for 30 min the ppl behind me got there food before me and there's was 3 times bigger than mine. When I finely got my food it was cold and wrong

I'm dropping my rating because the last two times I have gone... Once for breakfast and once for supper... The food was not very warm. The hash browns in the morning are never hot...but the fries in the evening during a busy time should definitely have been hot.
I haven't had McDonald's breakfast in years. It was actually really good. Sausage Mcmuffin hashbrowns and coffee.

Food nice and hot. Excellent customer service, however they don't give receipts when you pay. You have to remember to ask for it when you get your food, and they act like it ticks them off if you do. This is I40 and Western location.
My fiancé and I went through the drive thru 15 minutes before closing. After taking our order, they informed us they were closed and refusing our order. I asked what time they closed, and after an argument amongst employees that we could hear through the drive thru speaker, they decided they weren’t closed after all. As we opted to pull away and go to Whataburger, I commented that they need to improve their professionalism. The lady taking our order said “I was going to help you, but F&CK OFF!” I was shocked and that employee should lose her minimum wage job.
The food was cold an d nasty the drink was flat straw was broke my daughter wouldn't even eat the food cuz it tasted so bad the food tasted like it has been out for a while I've gotten food from here where the bread is like a rock which isn't right qnd poor customer service
