Very disappointed! I ordered the ultimate nachos & asked that the cheese & chili be put on the side. When I finally got home, I realized I didn't get cheese or chili. I called & they said come on back & we'll give it to you. I live on the other side of town.
We stopped on the way to Colorado. We waited for 45 minutes and no food. A family in front of us waited over an hour. Asked for a refund. The manager acted like he didn’t care. I looked back in the kitchen and two of the staff members weren’t doing anything while the orders piled up.I don’t write many negative reviews unless it’s worth writing about.I love McAlister’s and eat there regularly but will not go back to this location.Don’t go here unless they hire new management.
Saturday lunchtime was busy but service was great. Now take into consideration that a lot of people can't make up their mind. Food was good.Satisfied
We really wanted Mcalisters for dinner but we're scared away by the posted notices on the doors and windows. It said there would most likely be a 30 minute delay or orders due to staffing. While we are grateful for the notice, we didn't want to chance it taking longer than half an hour. So we went across the street.Unfortunate because I was hoping to eat here and be able to boost the stars/ratings. Maybe next time we pass through they will have enough staff to effectively serve the community.
The food was great. It just takes a while to get through the line. The servers were very friendly and accommodating.
The food was ok, but the restaurant was filthy and the help didn't care. I took my dad there after church so we were there about 11 AM. Our table was dirty, not with dishes, but unwashed. I asked the food server to clean it. The napkin holder had thick dust on the top and was empty. The restroom was filthy. I will not be back.
The McAlister's off Soncy is way better. The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there, and they put old avocado on my sandwich. I even found a random burned piece of corn and the end part of the avocado in my sandwich.
You could hear the employee in the kitchen talking loud and understand what they were saying in the dining room. Not greeted by cashier she just stood there and stared at us then she proceeded to talk to the other employees that were in the kitchen from the register.
Unfriendly. If the posted hours of operation are until 9 p.m., you can tell a customer they cannot eat in the store. If the hours have changed for dining, post it and make it know to all visitors.
