05/28/22 - This was my first time at Lemongrass Sushi & Wok. I was greeted at the door by Tom, who was wonderfully outgoing and personable. I was seated immediately, given a WiFi password, and awaited my two guests for dinner. I ordered the Honey Lemon Chicken, while one friend got the Pho (soup) and the other got the Orange Chicken. FANTASTIC food. I was especially enchanted by the smell of the Pho, which I plan to order next time. Clean location, friendly staff, and excellent food, decent prices - what more could I ask for?VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I've been in search of the best Pho in Amarillo, this has been the best pho hands down. I ordered the Brisket Pho, the noodles were cooked perfectly, real fatty Brisket, came out extremely hot and fresh. The garnishes were pretty good. I've had better more fresh plate of garnish but not complaining! There was a lot more noodles in my bowl then most pho restaurants give, which was a nice surprise! Over all I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good pho and some decent sushi here in the Pan Handle!
Waitstaff is very nice and is doing the best they can. The atmosphere is very pleasant but they served me a dish with barely warm raw shrimp and when I asked for it to be fixed the cook or owner suggested I keep the dish for a 50% discount with the raw shrimp. Uuummm.... no.
Friendly staff HOWEVER food is important right? Crab ragoons were overcooked and the sauce was not tasty. The lettuce wraps were plain and not a lettuce wrap I have ever had. What made it unedible was pulling out a very long black hair out of the peanut mix. Ruint my appetite. Wont be going back there and pricey too for that experience. ☹️
Great place to eat.. There Pho special is amazing . They also recommend me a some sushi rolls and they where great one was the cowboy.. I don't recall the name of the other one but was great too
Best sushi i ever had! The lotus blossom was amazing! So was the philly. Very great staff. The atmosphere was very calm and i am very glad i stopped here!

We used to love lemongrass, was our date spot... But after last night, we will never be back. Me and husband ordered pho and sushi to go. I had veggie, he had shrimp add beef. Husband got a literal bag of raw beef with his pho. Everything else we received was cooked.. we called to speak with someone because we had NO idea that we were getting raw beef in a zip lock bag.. Should've seen that as a red flag. Manager told husband that they normally cook it in the broth when it's served dinning in.. which is totally fine, but you can't do that when you order to go. Broth was so luke warm that it didn't soften any of my veggies. There was no way it was going to cook his beef. Was told it's their culture and to basically deal with it. So, I cooked his beef and made sure the rest of his food was cooked. Should say somewhere the beef is raw if that's the case.
Horrible experience at Lemon Grass. Warning do not waste your money. The owner Lee Doan is a terrible business man. A glitch in the computer system caused the server to over charge the credit card and he was going to make the server pay out of his pocket like it was his mistake. When I spoke with the owner Lee Doan he was rude and would not take responsibility for his computer system messing up. Save your self the trouble and do not support this local business if he is going to treat his servers like this.
