I ordered (grilled) chicken alfredo one for myself & one for my sister for delivery yesterday. The wait was a bit longer than I had anticipated. Nearly 40 mins yet when our food arrived it was fresh out of the oven Hot. I wasn't even aware that it came with 2 pieces of buttery garlic bread with each order they were absolutely delicious. My sister was a bit skeptical ordering alfredo from a pizza place but even she was impressed!! It was hands down one of the best alfredos I've had in Amarillo in a while well worth the wait!! Ordered a standard large sized pepperoni pizza from the hillside location for pickup. I received the greasiest soggiest pizza in existence. It immediately went in the trash. My wife ordered a bacon sub and the bread was soggy and not edible. We don’t bother calling “managers” about bad experiences. Fool me once, shame on me. But fool me twice, well you know ? We will NOT be back. Maybe the workers should get trained by the Olsen location since it’s the only la Bella’s left that’s worth anything.
La Bella makes the best pizza for the best price. Two great, two-topping pizzas for $18! I recommend the Italian sausage.

Not only were they 15 minutes late (after the 65 minute wait) the pizza was delivered cold!! Do not count on their online minute wait!! Waist of time!
Pizza cold, service colder. After nearly 2 hours of waiting (original wait time was 65 min) and numerous unanswered calls (about 20) , I decided to drive to the store. Upon arrival about 5 other people were in lobby, when i asked if they were in line and had ordered, one guy said "thats the easy part". After waiting for a few minutes I was greeted and I explained we had ordered online, we had called, ect, and that we wanted a refund. The girl went around back to who I assume was the manager and told her I wanted a refund. To my shock I heard the manager say "whyd they drive here? we are obviously busy." And i replied by yelling around the corner "maam we called several times, dont be ridiculous" the girl came back and told me it was out for delivery and that I'm going to be getting my food. I said "I don't care , I want my money back" the girl goes back around the corner again and I hear the manger give more excuses and attitude. The girl comes back and says we will be refunded.As for the food.Mother in law ordered cauliflower crust, got no crust, just sauce and toppings in a tin. I got a calzone with a splash of sauce inside of it vs having a cup on the side to dip in (like how 99.9% of calzones come, as well as pictures on their site showing a side of sauce)Also employees dont wear masks as well as watched them handle dough with no gloves.Super dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience.Will never be back again.
