I'm tired of having to return to the KFC to correct my order. I have to return every other time or deal with what was left out or replaced. I don't appreciate mashed potatoes so i don't order them. But, receiving 6 hour old fries is not an incentive either. So this last one, i ordered 2 sides of cole slaw. I get home and have 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Most of the time is too inconvenient to return but I'm tired of getting a side I'll just throw away. O returned and they replaced it correctly with little attitude. Makes me not want to return. It'll be a while before i do unfortunately because this 7 herbs and spices are good!
Decided to eat here a couple days ago I love kfc got a sandwich and 2 three pieces and the meet was still raw called the manager about it and they said they wouldn’t replace it without bringing the chicken back
Every time we go get my son's favorite meal here, it's always hot and fresh every time even down to the fries! Thank you!
Usually a really good place to get some fast fresh chicken. The last two times they have left something out of my order but they replaced it. When I went back up there. It was just the hassle of having to go back. Everyone's always friendly I have not been in the restaurant I always used to drive thru.

The worker was extremely rude and kept giving me attitude. I get that they are tired and they are teens but fake it until you make it. We also order online, they only gave us half of our meal and refused to give us the rest.
Fries were dry, extra crunchy, and over seasoned( very salty). No plastic utensil for my famous bowl. Soda lid popped off after grabbing my drink, soaking my pants and car seat.
You need to check your food before you take off. These people don't know the difference between chicken breast and wings.
They should be ashamed of their self for giving me nasty fries I know they will not eat those fries so why do you serve them to your customers
I gotta change my rating based on tonights experience. So so slow. So slow that i cant even order. Sat in drive through line for no joke, 30 minutes. I timed it. I didnt move the whole time. So i left
