Rude, told me I couldn't have the sandwich plain, 'they already made them'. I told her when I ordered how I wanted it. After a wee discussion on how if I was paying for a sandwich I should get it the way I want it she agreed, had them remake it but made me wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for it. This is my second and last time ever coming to the store they are rude and customer service is terrible. It's just not worth the wait.
I will NEVER go here again !!!The KFC on Ross is so much better.I spent over 100.00 and got hard biscuits the chicken was all dark meat and we ask for 12 pc and the workers are RUDE.

Very easy access from the highway. Clean restroom and clean dining area. HOT food.
Poor service my opinion. I would think when you walk in they would say hi can i help you but no they didn’t not even well will these be a dine in or carry out gave us what we ordered so I was like can i get plates so we can eat here then my son goes and ask them for sauce and they see him up there and no one gave him sauce until they say him walking back and he asked for the sauce
I had a big order and called to see if KFC could have it ready with 30 minutes notice. The person that answered the phone, Karen, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. When I arrived my order was ready and the chicken was delicious. Kudos to Karen and the staff for being so accommodating ⭐️
