Yum!! Arrived about 6.15pm on Father’s Day (Sunday Night). The place was packed inside and out. Even had to park in the lot down the hill. The staff were fast, friendly abs super courteous. Got us seated right away. Note, if the sun is down a bit and there is a breeze, the outdoor patio is great! The waitress brought out the fresh chips and chilled salsa. Both are great! The menu has a wide variety of items on it. If you’re not a Mexican food fan, you are still in luck. There’s a couple of amazing salads (including grilled chicken) that you can get with just regular dressings. As for the dishes… pick your dish, then pick your meat, then pick your topping. I know… sounds like a pizza joint. Anyway, I opted for Ernie’s Enchiladas. 3 grilled corn tortillas, filled with Mexican brisket, covered with queso, plus rice and beans, fresh tomatoes and a little lettuce. It was out of this world! Brisket had a great flavor. My nephew has the Cheech & Chimichanga with green chili pork, covered in queso. It looked great! Food came out fast and piping hot.Great experience and I look forward to coming back the next time I am in this part of the state.
Convenient to our hotel. Super friendly staff. Attentive waiter even with us eating on the patio in hurricane force winds in temps hovering around 100 because we're traveling with our dogs. Our food came out shockingly fast and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.
Food was awsome! Outside seating w great breeze. Tortillas had lots of flavor. Had some sauce w pineapple I have never had before, a tad bit spicy and wonderful. Wish they had this restaurant in more places. I would say it was perfect.
They have a decent menu of tex-mex cuisine, and plenty of different taco options. I ended up getting the taco plate that lets you try each kind of taco they serve. I also got the loaded tater tots and a beer for about 30 bucks. Well worth trying out if passing through or a local.
The service is always friendly here! We sat inside and they were very accommodating for our friend’s baby. We all enjoyed our meals very much and I never have any complaints when we eat here. There are vegetarian options and my favorite is the stuffed avocado with veggies! The prices are very reasonable and there are lots of drink options. Our waiter was terrific! Great patio in the summer!
Second visit. I'd recommend the Violated Chicken and the Ancho Citrus Chicken. Pleasant atmosphere, good food and friendly service. The chips and salsa are addictive. Tasty hand made Margaritas, did 2 each time. Service rocks!Brandi and Kacey took great care of me. Ask for Brandi!
It was just OK. The food came out fast, and the service was nice, but that's it. The fish tacos had barely any fish. Nope.
Ate here on a weeknight when passing through and it was very good. The chips taste great and have the perfect amount of crunch. The white queso was also very good, although it was a tad on the cooler side when served and firmed up somewhat quickly. I got the burrito with fajita chicken and extra rice and it was great. My wife loved her brisket quesadilla. The food was brought out extremely quickly after ordering as well. Would definitely recommend.
Food was good, service was quick and friendly.We brought fido and a baby. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor patio.They were accommodating to both, and we received prompt and helpful service.Small mixup on my order (I asked for beef, but received chicken). Offered an apology, but not much else.Regardless the meal was tasty and I enjoyed it.
Excellent food, very friendly staff and great prices.And the portions are Texas-sized :) so the left overs helped us out the next day too.The stuffed avocado was delicious and the 'heaven burrito' was too.Lots of options for vegetarians too.The server was very helpful and suggested replacing the refried beans with their roasted veggies because we had asked to remove the bacon from one of the dishes. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated.And the cherry on the top was that they included their delicious chips and salsa in our to-go order. That was wonderful.
