Jimmy's Egg dishes out an excellent breakfast, as shown by the constant stream of patrons. Spouse and I enjoyed our omelets with cottage cheese and salad as sides, rather than potatoes and bread. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Mostly great food! My friends eggs in her eggs Benedict were not quite cooked enough. Also it was a few hours before closing but the employees were more concentrating on cleaning the closed area than customers.
Mother's Day brunch was a big disappointment! 1st round of Classic Eggs benedict was cold, ice cold! 2nd round had egg shells, ugh! Only good part was the Peachy Mimosa!
When you walk in, let the paying public know it will be 2 hours before you get your food. It's eggs and bacon people. Robert Irvine would tear y'all apart. We left after 40 minutes waiting. You're not even that good. ?

Jimmy's egg foods taste simply fresh and delicious. They served breakfast and lunch. We spent $35 for 3 meals. The restaurant was fairly new in Amarillo. We went to Jimmy's egg because we wanted to try something new. When we got there, the restaurant was packed, but we didn't very long for a table. The environment is clean and comfortable. I would recommend Jimmy's egg if you've never been here. I would thank Jimmy's egg to serve in Amarillo area.

Jimmy's Egg is one of the outstanding breakfast places in Amarillo. I began eating in them in Oklahoma City before they came to Amarillo and have always had a good breakfast.
