So I like Jimmy John's. I really do but I am continually being torn between anger and love with you guys. Today was not a good one for Jimmy John's. The bread was extremely hard. I think the Dale bread which is incredibly fresh most of the time is probably better than the bread they used today for my sandwich. I am just so disappointed.
I've been a big fan of Jimmy John's for many years years, have been to many locations, and always receive prompt friendly service. The young lady at the register was a little off and just wasn't up to the level of service I'm used to expecting. Maybe she was having a bad day...not sure. Anyway, I ordered the Club LuLu sandwhich, and as usual it was what you can expect from Jimmy John's - perfect. They always use fresh quality meats and ingredients. The bread is always the best part of the sandwhich...fresh, soft, thin little crisp to the outer edge. Perfection. The facility was clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly.
Came in for a quick bite to share a large sandwich. We ended up trying their new Zesty Garden Turkey Club sandwich and it was honestly a game changer. Can't really go wrong with a good deli sandwich and this is one I would highly recommend. The employees at this location were fun and friendly and made our sandwich delicious. Would definitely come back to this location again as well as order the same thing next time!!
The best subs!! The employees were very friendly and gave prompt service. Always think of the employees and give a tip!!
Not impressive at all,expected more flavor or something. Service was slow that day.
I will be taking my business else where. It was very unacceptable for a co worker to yell at another co worker when the person needed help. This co worker I am talking about had blue or purple hair it's bleached hair I believe. If you are like that with co workers, I can only imagine how you are with customers. She was rude to me because I asked which sandwich didn't have tomatoes in because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Her response was I don't know but you can see for yourself. Then she started backing rushing making sandwiches. She chose this job. I understand low staff but how does custoemrs feel ? We have to wait longer

The sandwich was ok , the service was fast ,but servers not that friendly or that into being out going !!! Cold sandwiches only !! The place was empty of customers !! We were the only ones there !! At lunch time !! Probably won't be back !!!
