Rip off for standard or less than standard service. Two employees looked at me multiple times. One walked slowly by, and said nothing! Another stood before me, saying nothing for a good amount of time. Finally, after ordering... I received utter disappointment!Overpriced, isn't the right word.Edit for reply!My complaint is not for a poor job done though, this is were you focused your concern. It's because you charge an obscene fee. The sandwich, if you want to call it that, was made to your specs.... the price however was outrageous and that dear friend is your fault!Anybody that's been to any sandwich shop in Pennsylvania will say the same, either to themselves or to your face!The only thing different about JJ's is the freakish price and yet you would hold true to its value. Passing that buck ??!
I have eaten there twice and both times the sandwiches and service were excellent. Staff was very personable

Good and fresh subs. Nothing really special but great for lunch
I've had better at this Jimmy John's. Once they had an issue with the bread not rising. So the sandwiches were on smaller bread. I've had times the sandwiches were so wet they were soggy. This time the sandwich was so dry I had to add my own red wine vinegar and olive oil. Also almost no lettuce and just a few little shreds of onion. Very poorly assembled. Oh yes, I forgot. one of the bags of chips was missing and they did not include mayo packets that I asked for.
What's with the hate?Moved to Amarillo in March 2021. I have probably ordered from this location a dozen times. I have always had good food. But I never substitute or cut anything either.I have never dined in. But drive thru employees have always been nice and delivery fast!
Honestly think this place got the best cold cut sandwiches around town.
Owner is very unprofessional and he one of his employees yelled at my 74 year old mom and accused her of hitting his car. Mom made a police report. She did not hit anyones car.
Food ok. Service was not great morebworri3d about the drive thru than dine in customers. Priorities
