The food is good but the staff is either overwhelmed or just not friendly. I tried the Ceasar wrap today and it was bad. No sugarcoating it. It was bad. Way too salty and I've never had a wrap with croutons. Tortillas tasted like paste. I don't think this was the staff's fault, it just wasn't good. Everything else I've ever tried here is incredible. 3 stars for standoff-ish staff, no parking, and bad wraps. The sandwiches are awesome though.
I work less than a mile away. The past couple times I ordered delivery it has taken over 30 minutes to get to me. The last 2 times the sandwich was missing something. I quit ordering for awhile. Decided to try it again today and I am now still waiting on a plain slim I ordered 40 minutes ago. For a company that's main thing is "freaky fast" delivery this is unacceptable. I think I am done with this place for good.At an hour I called to check. I was asked to hold then they set the phone down and I could still hear them. They answered other calls in that time so I hung up and called back. Was told to hold again but I said no. Lady had no idea what my order was but told me it would be here soon. I asked her how she knew that when she didn't even know who I was or what my order was. She then asked for my info. I asked her to cancel my order and she said she didn't know how then she told me thier busy and short handed then set the phone back down. I am extremely disappointed. I waited about 10 minutes and no one cam back to talk to me. I called again and asked for a manager. She told me they were busy and then hung up on me. The most unprofessional "manager" I've ever dealt with. I am never ordering from any Jimmy John location again. I don't want a automated response either.

My office is downtown so I walk to this location about once a week. I enjoy the sandwiches, but my complaint is about your delivery driver who drives the black Ford Fusion. On at least 3 occasions, I have seen this car run red lights in downtown and on one occasion almost clipped me as I was crossing an intersection (I had the right of way). I understand “freaky fast” delivery, but geez, this driver needs to chill out.
Stopped in and was in a hurry to get to OK. Chris was the guy that made my sub, and he’s was super professional in getting me out the door ASAP. Great sub, and even better experience. Thanks again, Chris!!
I ordered delivery tonight and couldn't even eat the food. Bread was hard, bacon was uncooked, no cheese (which I paid extra for) with mediocre vegetables & a flat Sprite. We will not be be eating here again.
Went to try for the first time had a free sandwich coupon go use and was denied due to have an expiration date of 2020 when everything was shut down i will never eat at any of their locations
