Just ordered two sandwiches for carry out on our way passing through Amarillo. Spent almost $30 and neither sandwich was made correctly. Neither had the oil/vinegar/oregano which makes the sandwiches. One was the turkey provolone which for some random reason they added bacon to and the person ordering cannot eat pork so that was a waste. The other was a club which didn’t have the ham on it. We normally would call or go back to have the order corrected but we’re on the road passing thru and are unable to turn around. Very disappointing, will not be back again!
Absolutely love this place…the food is amazing but the customer service is on another level. Everyone is always friendly and courteous no matter what. The number one reason I go there as often as I do is because of the quality of employees that work there. So many people are rude and just want to throw your order together but at this store you know they want to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Whoever is hiring these folks, they deserve a raise bc they make me feel like they actually appreciate me coming in. 10/10 would recommend!
Why don’t you put the bacon on the deluxe club when it’s part of the sandwich. Why do I have to always beg for you to make the sandwich properly. Irritating and misleading considering the price and not getting what I pay for
Great food great service, the hot subs are really good.
Ordered two giant subs for pickup, one with double meat and the other with double bacon and double cheese. They didn’t do either. So we paid for the extras and got them normal instead. Jersey Mikes, no matter which store we order from in any state, they ALWAYS get the order wrong if it’s not done in person.
David Larsen is the best. He made and delivered our sub sandwiches. Very good service and I do recommend
My wife bought lunch today. She had a number nine club supreme. Loved it. Chips and a diet Pepsi. I had the Philly cheesesteak. Flavor was good bread was great. Problem was the meat was chopped not sliced and the meat was dry and coarse with some gristle. Again, the flavors were good. My suggestion though is do not and I repeat do not take this sandwich to Philadelphia. If you do the sandwich shop owners in Philly will be out looking for a rope. Capisce? I am a big fan of your other subs though so of course I will go back. I just won't eat your Philly or any version of your Philly.
Bland bread and cold cuts, exorbitant price just make a sandwich at home, it will be better
The lettuce is brown and I asked the girl and she said “yeah it came like that” and I asked “so we just eat it?” And she said “yes” That’s freaking gross to actually sell a customer brown lettuce drenched in vinegar gross I will not be returning and I will also be sure to read the reviews before I try a new place. WORST
Our sub sandwiches were delicious and perfectly made! However, it was the lunch rush and they had a newbie on the register.This is our favorite sub shop!:)
