Jason’s Deli is one of the only places in town to get a reasonably priced healthy meal. By far the best salad bar in town! I got the salad bar the other night and I was so pleased to see that they even had quinoa added to the selection! I told management how happy I was about it and they said they will serve it as long as they can get it! (supply issues are still running rampant for restaurants) My mom got a roast beef sandwich with with au jus and it was packed with meat. The man across from us ordered a pastrami sandwich and I couldn’t believe the amount of meat that was on it! Seriously, it seemed like way too much food for one person. My husband got his favorite, which is the California club and it’s perfect every time. I love that they have gluten-free options and they are happy to substitute or change things for you. What made this visit even better than before is that they are now doing live music on Fridays. How awesome to be able to listen to local music while dining here! The staff is always friendly and this location is always super clean. The service is quick and I have no complaints whatsoever. Jason‘s is always an easy suggestion and there’s something for everyone here. Never have I said, “Let’s go to Jason‘s“ and someone has said, “Nah.”

What a disappointment!!! This is the worst quality food from the salad bar at Jason’s Deli in Amarillo I have ever eaten at. The beets from the can tasted old like they were expired——the lettuce was soo badly wilted I asked them for fresh baby greens and spinach and the romaine! What they put out was better but you still had to pick around the rusty pieces! The roasted red pepper slices were almost slimy! Even my husband threw his rotten cherry tomato on the table we were eating. Even the homemade salads didn’t taste good! Why are they serving food that is expired and charging a lot more money for it??? I am eating in my car—not worth getting a salad when you’re craving fresh greens!!! I have to admit the store manager was very kind!! She gave me the little French bread pieces that are fried—because they ran out of them—they are delicious!

Wow what a high price to pay for such mediocre food. We ordered last night and nothing we ate had any flavor. You can get better sandwiches at McAlister's for a way better price. I've seen prison food that had more pizzazz and flavor. Not to mention the ridiculous delivery fee, considering we are half a mile away.

I love Jason‘s deli and I am not want to complain but every single time I come to this location they mess up my order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt as I am a manager at a local restaurant in town but this is the ninth time in a row that I have had my order messed up by this location they always fix it but I know better to leave without checking my order first. Usually the staff is nice but sometimes they aren’t it’s extremely frustrating that I have to check my order every single time and that I can’t order through delivery service apps because I know my order will come back wrong. I wish the other location wasn’t so far away from my home. nothing is more frustrating than paying $30 and then getting home with the wrong food I understand this is a hard time to work a service job but also nine times in a row seems quite unreasonable. I truly can’t recall a visit at this location where I haven’t didn’t to have them correct something..

forgot my chicken noodle soup and the manager had a bad attitude when I called and told him. My baked potato is hard and burnt . Disgusting I will never eat here again . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FOOD

Got to take out here last night. I got the wild salmon-wich which tasted fine, not amazing, I guess it was just not what I was expecting after reading the description. For some reason my steamed veggies were placed in a plastic bag inside the takeout container. There could be several explanations for this, I won’t elaborate here. Overall, it was OK, I won’t be back when I’m looking for healthy food.

I've been disappointed the last 3 times I've ordered delivery. I paid $15 each for two muffeletta sandwiches that hardly had any meat on them. It was less than half the amount of meat that is normally included. I also requested a couple of cups of Au Jus to dip my sandwiches in. They were not included in any of my last few orders. I wouldn't even care if I was charged extra for them but they just refuse to include them or contact me about additional fees if I must pay for them. I used to work there years ago. The order is neither complicated or unreasonable. The Jason's deli on Coulter would get my order right even if they sometimes charged me for the au jus but we moved and the store on Wolflin is the only one that will deliver to our address and they have gotten this same order wrong EVERY SINGLE time. Pretty disappointing for a $70 order. We will just have to drive clear across town to coulter if we ever want to eat Jason's deli.

Really good sandwiches for a group of forty. The box lunches were fresh and tasty. I will certainly eat here again!

Had salad bar. Excellent. Others in my party had soup and loaded baked potato. They were pleased with their food also.

It's always good when I eat the Sgt. Pepper. Nice folks.
