This is the second time ordering from here through GrubHub. NEVER AGAIN!!! We didn’t didn’t even get all our food. The first picture was suppose to come with pancakes and didn’t get them. Gave the condiments for it. Seriously!! The second picture was suppose to come with union rings, not unions. It was suppose to be crispy chicken sandwich. Didn’t give fries but small cooked potato’s. This is ridicules!!!! I used to work at IHOP and this wouldn’t fly. I get it’s Sunday. Been there and understand. Doesn’t excuse not double check the food. I will not be ordering or going back to this one specifically.I get completely being busy but at least answer the phone!!! I have been sitting on the phone to call and let them know what happened. No one has bothered to answer for almost 15 minutes!!! At least answer and ask to hold and let them know your busy. Like, come on!! That’s not how you keep customers. I’m VERY disappointed.
Food was warm thanks too the heat lamp . Waitress said she has 3 orders ahead of us ?! We were sitting where I could see the order up shelf and our order was there for 10 minutes or so. The orders ahead of us was for 5 or more per table ?! I see the logic in it but . When we can see our order and the food got to the rubber stage that wasn't right .. Two people our table.. wasn't the best visit
Love going to this iHop! Food is always great and staff is wonderful. Only exception was today whenever a waitress was being utterly inappropriate in her conversations with customers. Though our waitress, Melissa, throughly apologized for her behavior and was very sweet :D
IHOP has been off the chain lately. ?Visited twice over the past couple of weeks and was greeted with fantastic, friendly service and the food was unbelievably amazing. I'm obsessed with their vegetable crepes, which they prepared both times upon request even though they're no longer on the menu. Management, kitchen, and wait staff made it an A+++ experience!
Now, I didn't expect the breakfast to come out so fast. By the time we sat down and drank coffee, our food was already out and ready to eat. This was the first time I had eaten breakfast early in the morning. I was very pleased with the service and how quick and ready they were to serve you. I would say this was a good experience overall.
AWESOME job to everyone that worked Christmas Day. Yes, we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated and then hour to get food BUT the staff was nice and the food was good as always. You ALL did a wonderful job taking care of the hundreds of online and call in orders along with seated customers. I hope all if you were able to have quality time with family in addition to working.
This IHOP location is struggling. I should've guessed when I couldn't find their sign because it's broken. They just didn't want to serve us or probably anyone. They got our entire order wrong. Never came back to check on us. We never got any coffee refills. I had to keep going to the front to find our server to get our order right. I hope they hire more people or something. But the broken tall sign is definitely not due to lack of staff. Hope things get better for this location.
So... When were arrived, about six of us, no one greeted us and we wondered for a moment, like were they getting ready to close and not trying to serve us. But then, someone came and sat us. And after ordering, our food came out like warm. However, our waitress was very pleasant.
Work here a couple different times I've seen posted bad reviews and people not wanting to return although the restaurant may not be in the shape it was when I left the first time it is getting better cleanliness has improved the kitchen crew for the most part is better and the quality of food has also improved. Anybody who has turn against IHOP should give it a second chance. With some front-of-the-house service changes in crew the restaurant will improve please be patient with any of the employees especially the front of the house they are understaffed
We ended up not staying... After waiting to be acknowledged for about 15 minutes, the phone ringing the entire time and being ignored and the overall appearance of the restaurant we decided to leave. Was about 9:00 on Christmas Eve the employees were super busy there was not enough wait staff for the few tables that were in there it was very unorganized and unprepared to be open for business. Do better management.
