We drove 65 miles to eat at Hooters today. We walked in got seated and then nobody would wait on us. Three waitresses at the table next to us talking to the customers at that table and nobody acknowledged us. On the way out the door they said thank you have a good day and I said that if we had been waited on that we would have stayed to eat and nobody even tried to keep us from leaving. I knew there was a reason I hadn’t been to there in many years. Terrible service!
My experience here was surprising to say the least. Hooters Amarillo used to be a staple. It’s very upsetting to see how poorly managed it is today.We had just come in from the local sod poodles game, and our waitress refused to serve us drinks. Citing that we had been drinking elsewhere. I was unaware that, that was an unacceptable circumstance.I would never recommend this establishment. On our way out, we were treated very poorly, and honestly this restaurant is a poor excuse for a business establishment in Amarillo. The food declining over the years seemed manageable, but to know see how poorly they treat their customers. It’s sad to see.I’d be happy to speak to management about my experience, should anyone reach out from corporate. But given our visit. I doubt that very seriously. I really hope this restaurant either gets new management or doesn’t make it to 2023. Cheers
The service was ok but the food was very disappointing and definitely not worth what I paid ordered the tex mex nachos and it was basically just old canned cheese and old canned chili warmed in a microwave and fried pickles with side of ranch. The ranch was spoiled! And the Philly cheese steak with onion rings, the onion rings we’re super old and dried out. Just overall disappointed and definitely not worth what I paid. And a couple of hours after me and my husband starting feeling sick to our stomach’s so much to where it made us throw up the food. That will be the first and last time.
The moment I walked into my first Hooters it was like a breath of fresh air. The ladies were SO NICE TO ME!! My wife was very displeased though. The chicken was hot and so was my waitress. 10/10 would go again, but I am now a divorced man with no money ?
So Hooters has always been the big spot to go for games and a chill environment. But on a Saturday night, you would think that Hooters would be packed and a wait. Sadly, that was not the case here as of right now. I was disappointed with the representation of the environment. The staff was amazing, though, and were fast with service.No complaints there. My wife and I had a couple of ? and some fried pickles and wings. Plus, some other things. The fried pickles were bland and tasted like they were not ready to be served or they were sitting on the side. The food was okay, but not great.I think overall for our experience. It was not good this time. We felt sick a few hours after and felt as of right now. We will not be back. Thank you, though, for the experience at Hooters. The staff was quick with service, but the food could be better.
For it to have been my first time there I dont think I'll be back.. Our waitress was more worried about being at a table with 2 men instead of checking on us.. I literally had to get up and go ask for our ticket a d to go boxes.. Worse experience ever and to top it off the appetizers were way better than our actual food... Understandable that there's a limit on the drinks but it shouldn't especially when they taste like flavored water..
If you Love Great Wings, You Gotta Go to Hooters, and if you Love any kind of sports they have them all on Wall mounted TV ? so that you can watch them all, and, ps. THE GIRLS ARE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL ?

I’ll give them 6 months before they close. Twin Peaks is WAY better. Manager was rude and acted like he didn’t care for my groups business. Well guess what? I’ lol never go back!
