Naked swimmer soaking cyst in hot tub!Me, my spouse, and two children stayed one night. We booked through Priceline and we were also charged $113.85 by the hotel. I have made multiple requests for a refund. It has been 11 days since my stay and the manager will not call me to discuss correcting the billing error. Holiday Inn cooperation can not issue the refund, it has to be the site manager. I refuse to pay twice for a room period, let alone one that had drywall cut exposing pipes in our room, exposed bathroom ventilation, a loud train close enough that it kept us awake late a night, and naked woman in the pool while our 11 and 15 year old are eating breakfast. We saw it all. I heard her say to the staff that she wanted to soak her cyst that she thought may be infected before anyone else was swimming. My 15 year old was commenting on how nice it was to be able to see the pool while we ate then we saw her! She was completely naked soaking her cyst in the hot tub!

One of the beds in our room wasn't completely made but that was the only problem with the room itself.Overall, it was very clean and lived up to the high quality I expect from Holiday Inn Express. The staff was nice and breakfast was fresh and good.

Great bed. Was a tad disappointed that the room wasn't clean like it should have been. Shampoo down the side of the tub. Lukewarm water... Got gouged for $50 in "taxes" when booked online. This room cost near $150 when on the way back we stayed elsewhere in a better room for $103. When the clerk that checked us in she said the room should have $89 a night and around $110 for the night with taxes. Don't book online and save yourself $40.

We have been staying at these hotels while in our road trip. They are very consistent on being clean, nice friendly staff, good warm breakfast ( if you don’t have gluten or dairy allergies ) ps: they have hard boiled eggs and bacon so that’s was good for me. Comfortable beds and pillows. But we picked this hotel also because it was right off the I-40 !! People don’t mention this on their reviews! So your welcome ?

We had to travel...was nice clean open price was excellent for what they had offered. Thanks will return.

Our shower was broken and the associate at the front desk was not able/willing to help in any way whatsoever. Very disappointing stay while traveling for/on our anniversary.

Traveling cross country, stayed here one night, we had a soft top car carrier on top of the car when we pulled in, it was gone by the morning. Hotel employee states there are no cameras in the parking lot by the front of the hotel. Called the police to report incident still have not heard back from them. We stayed in many Holiday inn expresses across country and most of them you had to wear a mask, in one place we had to even wear gloves when getting breakfast, in Amarillo East, no one wearing mask, not even the employees. There was another traveler in there getting breakfast who was coughing all over the food when filling her plate. Would not recommend staying here!!!

Excellent hotel, typical of holiday inn properties. Includes a work out room, as well as an indoor pool.

Typically, when you book a Holiday inn, you expect to be able to eat and drink reasonable well on site. You can depend on nice rooms and amenities, comfortable beds and available services (snacks, ice etc on site). It is definitely disappointing to find a kitchen offering a severely restricted menu and not able to provide even a salad (due to the leaves looking browned). Kudos to the staff alerting us to this, but how difficult is it to buy a tub of salad leaves from a supermarket?? Anyway, very comfortable stay with the small inconvenience of having to eat at the nearby Big Texan steak house just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

The front desk staff was great. The floors in our room look like they had not been cleaned. The towels on the shelf were not neat and orderly so that was concerning. There were only two. We asked for new ones. The floors in the hallway looked like they had not been vacuumed. There was a sign at the front desk saying they were short staffed in housekeeping. They need to make sure every room is clean and orderly. The hotel is nice overall and needs to stay that way.
