The place used to have lovely service. It was large part of the 1950s style malt shoppe experience. But they are really suffering from the labor shortage and clearly hiring anyone with a pulse.On Thursday night, I thought the nasty witch behind the window was going to come out and punch me for suggesting that a cherry on my Sunday night be nice. She was clearly angry at having to do this work and angry at me for being a customer. Is it my fault she has no education and no social skills? Please Freddy! Find some nice people and hire them. This is not the first employee of yours I have run into lately who just couldn't be bothered to either prepare the food properly or make me feel welcome.
Where’s the beef ? Seriously where is it ? I have never seen a flatter piece of meat in my life. These aren’t steak burgers. These are the- drippings that are left over from cooking the steak- burgers. And why does it take so long ? I guess it takes awhile to pound meat into near oblivion. And why is it so expensive ? Why am I paying so much for UNMEAT ? To be fair the fries are really good and so are the shakes. From now on I’m going to get my fries and shake from them and my hamburger from Braums.
Service was good. Food was fresh and hot. Waited less than 10 minutes for 3 combo meals. The custard sundaes were great!Only downfall....saw several employees eating in the kitchen where the food us prepared.I asked for a manager but after waiting for 10 minutes I just left.Overall, a good meal.
It's similar to Steak n Shake if you've ever had it. It's just the fries are very small. The individual fry, the burger is OK if that's what an old fashion one taste like.
Today was the first day my boyfriend and i ate here and omg this place is to die for it is the best food i have ever had restaurant wise will definitely be back for sure 10 outta 10!!!!
Customer service was lacking from the time we walked in. It took approximately 8 minutes before the staff even acknowledged us. Trash was piled on a few tables and overflowing out of the cans. Food was good but the dining experience was lacking at best.
Great food, great service! Took my tennis team to Freddy's after their tournament. Got the orders taken care of on a quick manner.
We have a large family and everytime I come to this location they will short us on the number of fries. Normally we'll walk inside and have them correct the issue but today they earned themselves a public review. We placed our order of Seven meals all which included fries. Of course we drive off and check and we only received two fries...out of seven. My son went in and explained that they shorted us five fries. They got two bags and told him that's the remaining fries. He gets to the car and guess what this employee must only have four fingers to count on. Well this time my wife went in and the employees who can't count demanded to see a reciept and said well you got the correct amount with attitude. So my wife kindly explained that two plus four equals six not seven and they gave us the reciept. In this whole transaction if the employees didn't apologize for their simple mistake or their in ability to count. So we got home with seven meals and drinks. Of course the fries are about 3/4's full. I'm shocked they gave us lids for the drinks because they failed to give us a single straw. After all this the by the time we got home the fries feel like they were pulled straight out of the freezer. I will say good job on getting the burger order correct.I highly recommend anyone using the drive through not to drive off with out verifying the employees did their job correctly.
Like for real? Every damn time I come here they forget my sauce, and get my orders wrong. I live 30 minutes away so it's not like I can just go back and get it corrected. I'm sick of it. Won't be coming back. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely not.
Great service and great food! Delicious and outstanding! Can’t wait to return!
