Phenomenal food and great prices. The salmon was really good as were the alligator bites.

The catfish was amazing. The French fries left something to be desired and the hush puppies were to hard to eat. My friend said the mac'n'cheese was good. Worth going for the fish!

I went there because there was alligator on the menu thinking it would be like Pappadaux and I didn't need to drive to Albuquerque or Dallas. How wrong and disappointed I was. Owner has several side hustles, making mugs, tee-shirts and sells firewood.
The customer service is really awesome and the food is delicious and hot. The mac and cheese could use some attention but overall it was rather filling.

Driving through Amarillo today and stopped in for lunch. The food was FANTASTIC and the young woman at the front was super sweet. We even got to meet the cook. We highly recommend Fatcat Fish and Grill!!
