Food was pretty good and had enough for two servings. Fried cheese skewers were a perfect appetizer. Drive thru needs to make sure everything that was ordered is in bag though. Had to go back inside to get rest of order that was missing. Also, I think it's absurd that they make you buy extra bread sticks if you order togo when if you eat inside you can have as many as you want. I mean yes you would need to cap it somewhat so someone doesn't take like 20+ but if someone is only asking for 4-6 more just give them to customers already. ??♀️
Generous portions, fairly quick service, tasty meal! We had the Chicken alfredo with broccoli and tomato. Great location not far from mJor shopping area and doctors and hospital.
The person on the counter was super generous and kind. He provided us with free breadsticks and dessert because we were traveling here from California. The food was very flavorful, quick, and delicious :) We will definitely visit here again before heading back to California!

Soooo good! Stopping through town and not only was the food super quick, it was so good and hit the spot after a long road trip. Staff were all really nice too, definitely check it out!
The food was good but the order was wrong. Check your order before you leave the window. The manager did take care of the issue very quickly though.
Fazoli's was super good, I got a spicy baked ziti. Not quite as spicy as when I had it before. I added red pepper and it was perfect. I didn't really care for the cheese skewers. The cheese was hard in them. Everyone was nice, but there was a terrible smell outside of the to-go window.
This is Italian fast food. However, if you are in a hurry, it is good. The lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and Caesar salad were all acceptable. The bread sticks are great. I just wish I did not have to eat it with plastic utensils.
Best customer service I’ve have received from fazoliz in quite some time. One of the wife’s favorite places to eat and we only get to enjoy it when we are out of town sadly came from south to Arizona back to South Carolina
