Great food for the whole family. I wanted to try their stuffed deep fried avocado and got mine with cheese as the stuffing. Really good, stuffed with cheddar cheese and a cheese sauce over top. My son ordered the Tres Amigos and when a teenager tells you it was good that means it was very good. My husband ordered the veggie quesadilla and it was huge. Needed some salsa added but he said it was good and took home what he couldn’t eat there. If we lived close we would definitely eat there regularly. Our server was a sweet girl who took very good care of us.
Was driving cross country and my GPS found a different Mexican restaurant but then I saw El Patron closer off the highway so stopped there instead. I'm glad I did! I saw the stuffed avocado on the menu and was intrigued. When I saw it was available with cheese and without meat (I'm a vegetarian), I was sold. OMG, this was one of the best Mexican meals I've ever tasted, and I'm a connoisseur of Mexican restaurants across the country. I have no idea what they do to this avocado but it was amazing. The rice and beans were also exceptional and the cheese enchiladas were also delicious. The service was prompt, attentive, and friendly, highly recommended. My only complaint is I can't get Mexican this good back home in PA! You should open a branch there or sell the stuffed avocado recipe ?
We tried El Patron for the first time to celebrate our 7th anniversary, and I would definitely recommend it! We ordered the Amazing Trio Fajitas for two and it was great! The shrimp and steak both had amazing flavor. We ordered some guacamole too and that was also delicious! I The only thing I can say is definitely get the corn tortillas! The flour ones taste like the cheapest ones at the grocery store. But we got half and half and it did taste a lot better with the corn ones. Over all though I was very impressed. The server was very polite and prompt and our food was out in no time! I do wish they had some spicier salsas, maybe a green one. I will be back here to explore more or the menu!
Even with only 3 people working & a restaurant full of customers, the service was great! Food was good, warm and came out pretty timely as well. Hot sauce was on point!
El Patron has been our go to Mexican food restaurant. Just about everything on the menu is delicious! Get the chicharrones for an appetizer you won't be disappointed.

Everything was delicious especially my strawberry daiquiri's.? first time with the family and everybody enjoyed themselves and their food! Not a bad of a price for 7 people. Will be back!
We love to eat here. The food is very good,fresh& well prepared. As Seniors, we generally order ala cart, just the right amount of food and we don't waste beans and rice,which tastes good too just to filling.(We would love either a much bigger bowl ? of salsa or 2 at a time, generally the chips are warm ? making them tastier causing us to really eatem-up.Service is always friendly,a bit slow (why we need 2salsas) which we understand due to the way things are right now, looking forward to their being more servers.We have a favorite server, Raul,he always cortieous,& smileing, he's an excellant server.For us prices are reasonable,we show up often,as it seems everyone else does as well when you see the full parking lot no matter what day/evening it is.Almost a weekly pleasure for me ?El Patron, keep on being great.
