This crew really has this down. Loving the coffee and the customer service.Right after opening it struggled with lines and wait times, but not since. We have gone during several times both in "rush times" and when it only has a few cars in line and very pleased with the time it takes.The coffee is the best in town and we have tried many places.Love they offer puppachinos!
Fast, friendly, delicious coffees...What else can you say about something so simply wonderful?Edit for 6/7 visit: got a notification on the app for a free drink for my birthday, quick and easy redemption and the employee working the drive thru orders even sang a few bars of "happy birthday" wish I had thought to get his name, made me feel incredibly welcome!
I order my espresso drinks 190° and most places to do not actually make it as hot as I like, but Dutch did! But I feel the espresso is very weak and nothing notable. As an avid coffee drinker I prefer to taste my espresso more.
First time there today and the experience was awesome! The girl taking our order was very nice and informative. Then when we got to the window, the guy(I didn't catch his name) it was his first day of work and he rocked it!! So friendly, we talked about his doggo Milo. Thanks for making our first visit so awesome!! The coffee is BOMB too!
I love the coffee here, and that alone gives a 5/5, however I must also commend them for having the best customer service. They have a lot of young workers there, but they are ALL so friendly and get the job done well!
The workers here are so nice and helpful! It was our first time visiting and they answered all the questions we had and were super patient as well as super fun. The drinks themselves are fantastic. We got the horchata chai with oat milk and green tea with peach and both were so good! Pretty good prices for the sizes. There is a place to walk up if you don't want to do the drive through. Great business!!
Went to Dutch Bros and had a big order, we order 4 of the Golden Eagle hot and 4 of Golden Eagle freeze. The Freeze were fine but to get only basically hot milk and no coffee in the hot Golden Eagle was a waste of money. Spent 50 dollar to have no coffee at a coffee shop is disappointing. If you crave a freeze it's worth it but for something hot I wouldn't bother.
Good for a speciality coffee and drink place. They have a lot of options and I like that some can be made with Sugar Free ingredients. The staff is very friendly. The only reason the get 4 out of 5 is some of the coffee drinks taste the exact same as other ones from their menu even though they have different descriptions and ingredients. They still taste good but the same.
The coffee is good, but pretty overpriced. The staff is nice at least.The line moves way too slow if youre in a hurry, and it has two lines that combine into one. So of course, expect rude Amarillo people to cut in front of the line whenever possible.
First time visiting Dutch Bros and we weren’t very impressed by the quality of the drinks. I had the Nitro Cold Brew smooth and creamy, but they were out so I settled for the regular cold brew. The drink was very “light” and not much flavor whatsoever. Tasted very watered down. My wife said the same of her Vanilla Chai Tea. I feel like Roasters is still a better choice for now. Will probably try again maybe this was just a one off night.
