i love this location. they are always so nice. i live over by the one on western and i prefer to drive all the way to this location. western never has anything you order. i go to order any kind of food and they say they don't have it but at this one its never an issue. the girl that works the mornings is an all star. she works that front like no one ive ever seen before and she is so sweet! i would definitely give her a raise.. she puts the work in!
I placed a mobile order and when I got there I was told the coffee wasn’t made, and wouldn’t be. I asked for a refund since I had already paid for it, and was told they didn’t know how to do that, and wasn’t offered anything in place of it. So I’m out money and a coffee. I will not be back.
Way faster this time around! Use the ap and it'll make things go smoother. Drive thru only still which is a bummer, but I have to assume it's staffing issues.The guy at the window was friendly and efficient, my husband's latte with an extra shot of espresso was amazing btw! So I had to add an extra star this time.
Excellent service at the drive thru. Location is now open for dine in.
Disgusting place. The service was extremely slow. The donuts were cold and they are lazy taking forever in both the dine in area and drive thru. I ordered some cold teas and they were filled to the brim with ice. I tried ordering some kolaches and I was refused because the employees were too lazy to make them. Then I saw they were making them for the people in drive-thru. Not only are they rude they also want to get other people sick. Terrible service thank goodness I do not live close to this location that is the only true blessing!
Horrible experience a few days ago. I just now got some time to post. But the coffee I got was curdled. I think the cream they put in it was spoiled. It was so obvious too, so apparently, the drive thru guy couldn’t care less. I drove 10 miles back to Amarillo to get a refund. He kind of had an attitude about the refund too. It was bad enough that I’ll avoid this store every time I’m through Amarillo now.
They took a mobile order and couldn’t fulfill it as the drive thru and dining room were closed. Need better signage and don’t take orders that can’t be fulfilled
Horrible experiences. The long lines never seem to move. The orders are always wrong. They are always out of everything. The employees obviously don't care about the customer. Starbucks may not be everyone's favorite place, but with so many other coffee and breakfast options you are better off trying somewhere else....unless you really like waiting in a 30 minute line for the wrong food. Half of the time it isnt even warm. Pathetic. This place won't be open much longer. We will all be better off.
If it weren’t for the moderately pleasant food, I’d go one star; the service was unpleasant at best, and my drink was incorrect as well.
Nobody wearing a mask, got my order wrong after correcting twice, staff were entirely teenagers who didn’t care whatsoever
