If I could give 0 stars and still complain I would. Never fails to fail for sure! The staff are always so off and or lazy. The redhead girl was sitting outside from her car taking orders to only go back inside make what we wanted half a** and then tell us to pull around to the front so that she could get back in the car! The owner of this location obviously doesn’t care about their business. Three times I get hot coffee back and it’s cold every time and they ALWAYS seem to be out of something. Not a good establishment for sure…sadly.
I was just there a little bit ago and ordered coffee, hot chocolate, and donut holes and I swear they never get the food right. This is the 4th time they've messed up of food.. or there is only 1 or 2 people working. I'm usually patient and try not to say anything but this is ridiculous. Honestly not recommending this one anymore.
Makenzy did an awesome job juggling the drive-thru as well as walk-in counter, by herself in a Saturday morning.The coffee products were delish as always.Definitely a nice place to stop in and get your caffeine on, as well as a donut or two!
I ordered online through app which is great, and the associates are awesome. It just never fails something is off and they don't tell you they are out of something and substituted. I had the breakfast sandwich and coffee I order but instead of a jelly, Bavarian cream, glazed blueberry, and brownie batter donut, I got I'm assuming two brownie batter which were like powered heart shape donuts with chocolate cream filling and a jelly filled. No one bothered to inform me of any changes so it was irritating but expected as it happens a lot. Always check your food as you never know what will be missin and they probably won't inform you
I was craving a big iced latte, but I came on a bad day. Employees had just walked out leaving only a single young man to run the show. Although clearly frazzled, he tried his best to make the drink I wanted even though he normally was a baker. He really was so nice! The GM walked in just before I left and apologized for the situation. I think they we’re truly doing the best they could with the unfortunate situation. And the drink was delicious by the way!
My husband I are from Florida and I walked in this morning at this location today (01/25/2022) Tabata was the person that greeted us. She took our orders and I couldn’t not notice how good of an employee she is. She was welcoming to us and patient. My husband took an while to decide what he wanted?. And when our order was done she brought it to us. I also noticed she doing that with other customers as well. This is fantastic. I am not used to this kind of treatment from employees at dunkin’ donuts locations nationwide. (My husband and I travel a lot). Thank you, Tabata!! I hope I spelled your name right. ?Kiddos to the person who prepared our sandwiches( I forgot to get his name) . It was perfection !!!!!!
The associate was nice and I don't think she had much control over the situation.Other than that, this place never fails to fail!Associate never came to drive thru speaker so we waited at the window for a minute. She did show up and apologized.We go here for the baskin robbins ice cream because my kids beg. They really have to beg for me to even attempt this place. They are ALWAYS out of whatever we want.This time they advertised turtle, shark, and dolphin ice cream cups and guess what.... they didn't have them.When we go here for a donut, again, always out.I'm not a coffee drinker but I guess that's all they sell to stay in business.Of every business in this town I would say they are in the bottom 10.Service is never great.I can't understand how they are still open.
Went early Saturday morning @7:30They were receiving a truck of foods so they were out of multiple items. I can understand that. But Saturday morning not being prepared is sad. We ordered 3 croissants, 2 sausage 1 bacon. When we received them they were COLD.We also ordered 2 has browns that he said he had as his last 2 orders. When we received the hash browns there were THREE freaking hash browns in each order!! Like really dude that’s barely one order!? And they were ALSO COLD.Do not recommend
Worst Dunkin ever and unfriendly staff. I ordered 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches and munchkins. The sandwich was wrong, and the toast was burnt. The bottled drink and munchkins were the only thing they got right. When I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee at the window, cashier said "you didn't ask for any." We're asking now, my friend! Almost forgot drink #3 and when we did get it, it's the wrong drink. Worst part was the complete apathy and disdain radiating from the cashier- yikes. Skip this one, there's another in a travel center down the road.
Ordered in app, showed up twenty minutes after opening to pick up my order, got told to come back in 45 minutes (for just a latte). So, I came back in 45 minutes not wanting to have to deal with customer service to get a refund, and even after all that time they still got my drink completely wrong and by that point I was so over it I just drove off. Judging by the other reviews this is a regular occurrence.
