This placed was packed to the gills, but the service was impeccable.I was sat down, with a minimal wait time of less than 5 minutes on a Sunday morning, which is incredible at how packed this place was.My order was taken promptly, and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. The server was very attentive, and always kept asking if everything was fine.The restroom for men was very clean with always having warm water, soap, and paper towels.I will most definitely visit again!
Our waitress was MIA much longer than normal cb time after we were seated. Another waitress noticed and this amazing woman, Lisa, came over and took our order. She was literally the nicest person ever and even gave me a hug! I guess she gave our order to our actual waitress, Robin.Lisa even came over after to make sure everything was good. Lisa, you made my whole day! Thank you for being personally invested in the guest experience in your store. You had 4 stars on your apron but you deserve 10!!!Great job! Also, the food was amazing, but that happens every time at cracker barrel!
It was my first time at a cracker barrel and it was amazing. I loved it! There was a bit of a wait before we got seated but the food was worth the wait, it was amazing. And there was great service as well. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone! It was amazing. And our server was so nice.
So they decided to serve a burnt raw steak… then decided to not give the sides that was ordered. Waitress was ok. Manger kept looking at us instead of coming over. Fries was old and hard. SMHYea STAY AWAY FROM HERE
We had a party of 11. Food and service was good. But shortly after we received our food, the server made us feel like we needed to hurry up a leave. So they could have the tables open for the 5 o'clock crowd.
Very friendly. They have the best southern fried chicken. As we are traveling across the country, it's good to know there is a warm fireplace and smiling faces awaiting.. thank you for another great experience,
I love to shop after eating delicious homemade. It's simply all good!
I was really hoping to give a GOOD review, but not so much. Service was ok, but again they must be training the staff to limit drinks (tea, water, soft drinks). Every order at the table was wrong and had to be fixed. Biscuits and cornbread had to be asked for (apparently the bread IS NOT brought to the table first anymore) and it was cold. I would almost believe it was leftover bread, but surely not.I don't know what's going on with Cracker Barrel, but it's better to go shop in the store and go somewhere else to eat.
I was extremely disappointed in our visit. Our food took 45 minutes, and when it got to the table the bacon was raw. I sent it back to be cooked and by then the rest of the food was cold. I was going to try to eat it but the eggs were watery and the gravy had no flavor at all. Purely poor quality all around this visit...hopefully it's better next time we come!
