07/10/22 - This was my first time at Chuy's, and it was OUTSTANDING! Because I have a hard time digesting anything with butter, grease, oil, or fat, I asked the waitress (a VERY good, beautiful and sweet lady named Brooklyn {"Like the city!"}) what she could recommend. She politely went and got the manager, Jason, who understood completely (he has a similar issue) and could recommend nearly everything. With his assistance, I ordered the beef steak fajita plate, extra well done.It was FANTASTIC! The meat was EXTREMELY tender (despite being extra well done!), and the ingredients for the fajitas were delicious. Best of all (for me): hardly any butter, oil, etc. which give me so much grief. The portions were so large I ended up getting quite full and STILL took over half of it home!The facility itself was VERY clean, the decor nice (1950's cafe stye), and the prices VERY respectable. The service was top-notch, and the manager friendly and respectful.In short, it was an excellent experience, and I intend to begin patronizing them far more often. Great job, y'all! [I'll have more photos next time...]VERDICT: OUTSTADING! *HIGHLY* RECOMMENDED.
Enjoyed the Elvis Memorial Combo Platter. Done perfectly! I have eaten at Chuy's all over the place and this location today was on point with Chips, Sauces and the main dishes. Literally every item was great and the wait staff was friendly as well!
Server was wonderful, some of the hot sauses including the one that came w chipe were to hot for some of my family members. Plenty of space for our family, Tres Leche is wonderful!

Amazing as always!This one was super special since it had been over 10 months since eating at a Chuy's... apparently, they don't or won't put one in New Mexico - I just moved to Albuquerque. Thought I might die without my weekly - sometimes biweekly Chuy's fix.This one is about 11 months old and it is super friendly, clean and wonderfully serverd!
The customer service my friends a d I received has to be the best I've ever gotten. We went in to eat not knowing they were about to close, but they still seated us and took ours orders. They even offered free desert as and apology when they ran out of rice and we had to get substitutes. Our waitress was incredibly sweet, and the manager (I assume) was truly apologetic when he came to our table. The food was incredible, and we all happily took our left overs home. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend.
Okay the food was good, even better than good, but where they get you is the drinks. 8.50 a glass for cheap wine. We spent more on wine than we did on our food. Chips and salsa were great. Tacos rice and beans were very good. The enchilada was, looking back, pretty tasteless. I couldn't taste the cheese. Next time I will drink wine at home and get the food only. The Best of both worlds. Instead of $77 total it would have been less than $35. Think about it!
This was surprisingly good and festive!! We’ve been traveling and this was the best meal we’d had in days!!! Friendly staff too even though we came in close to closing time.The only complaint I have is that I ordered my food without cheese and when they went to correct it, it took so long that when they brought it back I tried to order dessert for my daughters birthday but the kitchen said it was too late. We had originally picked that place because she wanted churros for her birthday. So she was disappointed and didn’t like the dessert cake they offered instead but other than that it was great.
waiter was friendly and made sure we were good... guac and queso with chips were great...
Good food and great staff. Will go back.
