Literally the rudest service ever. The lady said “has atendido a ESTA” I have a name. I am NOT a “esta”. And the last time I went with my sister in law they served us BURNT chicken and when we went back the owner tried to tell us it was “just like that” until we slammed the rock hard chicken onto the counter and then he finally decided to give us a new batch of fried chicken.
I have to admit I'm biased in my review because I just love Church's. Concerning what location, I prefer the Amarillo Boulevard store for their friendly service.

I go a lot to church's chicken but lately I've been upset,they either don't have what I want. Today I was told to wait 10 minutes before they can take my order I thought I heard wrong but no! As I drove around I saw one other vehicle in front of me so I'm not sure why they was taking so long, they're also saying we are out of that,or it will be a hour before we have any chicken, church's chicken has gone down

The chicken is soooooo good but the drive thru is slow. Be ready to turn off your car and wait.

I hate it when places do not either ask if you want condiments or just give it to you. The people were very nice running the place and the food was as it should be....
