Sometimes I make bad choices. Where do I start,, how about I do not recommend this place to anyone. just went to this location ,for first time ever, I should have read reviews first.I paid 27$ for 1 tea and two small cartons , one orange chicken and rice and 1 shrimp and veggies, way overpriced$$$. , my wife didn’t eat it after a bite or two, I was hungry I tried to eat it, but in my opinion , it was terrible and lacking genuine quality and flavor .I took lid off of tea and saw a black dot, looked closer and identified a small gnat. Nothing personal on employees or owners,,but I sure had a feeling as I ve been ripped off when I left and ate this food I purchased
This food tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for 3 days and they threw it in the microwave and served it. Obviously reheated and not fresh at all. Food was barely lukewarm and parts of it were cold. Flavor was okay not great. I wouldn’t go back. Worse than that, they claimed this was gluten free, it was marked gluten free on the menu, and I had a HORRIBLE reaction to the food. An obvious gluten hit. I have Celiac, so I was sick for weeks. It was horrible.
I've never been let down by the service here. It is amazing and the food is always great. I will definitely keep on coming back everytime
COME HERE IF YOU LIVE IN AMARILLO OR ARE IN THE AREA! HIDDEN GEM, FOOD IS VERY FRESH (NOT DRY LIKE PANDA EXPRESS). ORDERED ORANGE CHICKEN WITH FRIED RICE AND NOODLES INCLUDING AN ORDER OD EGG ROLLS. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! DONT SUGAR GOAT “MAKES YOU FAT”
Have not been in a while. The chicken fried rice plate was so good. Loaded with veggies too! The little packets of hot sauce were just enough spicy. The plate fed two of us with a tiny bit left over for a snack ?
My boyfriend ordered salmon and ended up eating a roundworm that had infected the salmon. Be careful eating here, they dont make sure that their food is safe.ALso, i am just seeing that the resturant replied to this reveiw telling me that that is chickan in that photo; and apparently we shredded off a thin peice of chickan, made it look like a worm, SO THAT we could leave a bad reveiw. We dont care about your resturant that much. Also, dont tell us what we ordered, WE KNOW. We also have the recept so everone else knows too. If you look closely at the meat, you can clearly see that it flakes like fish. We also know what shredded chickan looks like. That WORM doesnt look anything like the texture of the meat its sitting on top of.First you serve us parasite infested fish. Then you insult my intelligence by telling ME what I ordered and ate???
I have to mark them down for putting mushrooms in when i asked them to be removed. Also the food was a tad pricey. That being said, staff was excellent. The place looked clean. The food was fresh and hot. There sauce variety was great. Next time NO MUSHROOMS and you will get the 5 stars.
I am really disappointed. I ordered from this chop chop all the time, so I was trying to be forgiving. I ordered at 11:14 and it was supposed to be here at 12:14. I work from home and don't have time to go out and get food, so I don't mind paying the delivery fee. At 12:22, it still hadn't arrived, and I got food for my dad and he only gets an hour lunch break, so I called. The order didn't go through, not a big deal, but they didn't even offer me a discount or anything even though I order from there all the time. The food arrived at 12:41. The bottom of my box had sauce or something on the bottom. I gave two stars because the food was correct but the experience was not. I will write another review next time we order.Update: They called yesterday to correct everything. I didn't want my whole meal paid for just acknowledgement, but they took care of it. Thank you for valuing me as a customer. I appreciate the call and the service!
Generally I try to always see the positive in everything, but I come home and all I want to do is eat my rice ? . I dump it onto a plate to put sauce on it, and after two bites I find what looks to be plastic in my food. Extremely disappointed ? Chop Chop please do better.
I have eaten Chop Chop several times over the years, but today I ordered and received my food in a super small paper container. When I asked why such a small container and not the plate I usually get I was told I must request one. This was approximately 12$
