Food is good. Customer service seems to focused on phone calls and online orders. If you are Customer to get food made for you the person wait 20 minutes with no line. One the few healthy and reasonably price food options for fast causal restaurants in Amarillo. If I had choice I would go somewhere if it was not so convenient.
Like most chipotle’s around the world, I know because I’ve been… This one is no exception to the new brand of chipotle and I am glad to see others speaking out. Maybe corporate will do something about it, but overall the issue is every single staff member acts like you’ve inconvenienced them asking for anything different than what they apparently deem is good for your bowl or otherwise. Staff are consistently modern, part of the new era of arrive when I please, groan and show my discontent for the world to see. Managers not dare reprimand staff or are just as bad as their staff or worse. Management fearful of being ganged up on or fired for being too “tough” on their staff… You see a lot of resentment when you come in a stroke past 9:30 PM and unlike the years when chipotle was top notch, they start clean up and close prep super pre maturely and are then inconvenienced by your presence. They are so often out of something, and don’t DARE and I mean not any chipotle anywhere DARE to order online lol. I mean the degree to which they ruin orders is incredible. This is what a company looks like that’s allowed politics of the current era to dictate how they choose to address the children or grown children working for them. It’s really bad and hard to remain impartial.This chipotle was the very same, a poor experience with rude staff who rush you through even if you’re the only one in the building and demand to know what you’re getting in advance but can’t remember when they get there. The place is dirty, they are out of this and that and the manager has a chip on their shoulder, but no tortilla chips in the building. Awful!
I love chipotle. Just not this one. It was a messy resturaunt, my burrito they made was half the size they are supposed to be and it was mostly salsa. The proportions were so bad. And the girl making the food had no idea what she was doing. The employes were very kind so i didnt complain to them i just ate my food and left. But the food was not satisfactory. Hope this improves in the future!
Worst customer service ever.. Lackluster management of the shift manager is clearly the problem... Employees are lazy, food isn't stocked... Line out the door at 0930.. because they couldnt figure out that they were almost out 15 minutes ago. No apologies, no admission of anything messed up.... Attitudes at every turn... Should have listened to my wife, who said I'd be sorry... I was (am)
Been a long time since I visited a Chipotle and I remembered why. A lot of rice and beans, 3 small pieces of pork. Not really worth the money. Also what happened to the hot salsa? Nasty.
We love the healthy organic wide variety of delicious food to choose from. Prices are a little higher than we like. But it's still worth it.
When In around 830pm. They had almost no chicken left. No salsa, lettuce, guacamole. Staff was friendly but didn’t look like they any plans to make more of the missing items.
I'm sorry to say, but the service at this Chipotle has really gone downhill. We were treated very poorly. The attitude of the workers makes the experience eating here unpleasant. I won't be back.
Love Chipotle...just wish their employees world take pride in their burrito making, evenly distribute ingredients into the burrito for optimal taste.
Super long lines.. the caucasian girl would literally not help the girl building burritos and only rang people out. Talk about laziness and not being a teammate. The girl making my burrito gave me attitude too just because I asked if they had any veggies left.. relax, it's not that serious!!
