Entirely too slow considering how dead it was. Our server was nice, but not wonderful. Food was not great. I guess the chili's franchise, like many other restaurants after covid, has really gotten run down. It was a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. There were 2 adults and 4 kids. We were there for 2 hours, and many things were forgotten. Disappointing.
I am giving 1 star because I cannot give “zero”. My family and I went on Thursday night about 7pm. The host told us it would be about 20 minutes. There were 6 of us (3 children) so I understood as they seated several couples ahead of us. After we had waited over 30 minutes a group of 5 adults came in, gave their information to the host, and began waiting as well. After about 10 minutes a staff member, perhaps manager, went to talk to the other group of 5. She apologized for their wait and took their drink orders. Then, in what felt like just a few more minutes, proceeded to seat them before seating us. Our little ones were tired of waiting and hungry. We left. We drive to the Plaza Restaurant on Soncy, were immediately seated, and received great service and fantastic food. I have already told 3 of my friends and plan on telling more. We will never return to this establishment.
To forever to get food. Kitchen sucked, service sucked Appetizer was cold and not good. Had the skillet queso. My pasta came out barely warm at all. My friends shrimp tacos had no flavor.. by far the worst chili's I've ever been to. Would give a negative star if I could
Don't normally do a low rating on places but this was by far the worst if I could go negative star I would my dads chicken tacos looked like tuna my nachos looked and tasted like it was scraped off the road and the chips came out covered in grease and tasted like rubber. To end the night our waitress made the comment "we took care of the meal but not the tip don't forget it". This was my absolute worst experience in all the years i have gone to chilli's. What a disgusting turn of events. Tips are earned not given to rude people for service
What a treat. New system in delivering food and drinks. The waiter puts in the drink order into an iPad and someone is already making the drinks . Same with salad, and food order. Very efficient.
Our family had to quarantine and there was a miscommunication with Door Dash. Barbara the manager went above and beyond to make it right. She was sympathetic and invited us back into the restaurant where she could further take care of us. I appreciate her and Chilis so much tonight when you can’t get out to pick up your order.
To go order so I didn’t check it out until I got home.Chicken is dry and it’s like they took a handful of chicken fajitas and just threw it in there.Never again Chili’s never again.
Steak was over cooked almost to well done, when asked for it to be medium well. our server wasn't very attentive we had finished our drinks when we got our appetizers ,and she never came back to refill them or to take any of the extra plates we had accumulated. Then for our server to mess up on our bill and leave us for another 30 mins just to finally fix it so we could leave.
We waited over a hour for our dinnerWe ordered a meal with salad we reviewed them after 50min.My mom order a cup of soup and she wanted longer then us
Ordered a curb side pick up dinner tonight and when I got home with my order my Cajun chicken pasta was dry as could be! Only cheese sauce was in the top left corner of the togo box and it was nowhere near enough for the whole plate! I regret every penny I spent on this.
