Great food excellent service!!
First off I would like to make it clear that this is not the servers fault. Me and my Significant other came to Chili’s for his birthday on May 14th around 6. We waited 45 minutes for food and appetizers to come out at the same time. Whenever the person behind us and in front of us both got the exact same thing I ordered as an appetizer before I did. Then whenever we received all of the food at the same time I asked for to go boxes. Because at that point we had to go to make the movie. So we weren’t able to actually have dinner we were able to have appetizers. We also miss 10 minutes of the movie . That started at 7:45 . The day after I try to have my tacos for lunch and they are disgusting. Terrible experience I am a part of Charlie’s rewards but I don’t think I’m gonna be coming back there to waste my money.
TRAVELERS BEWARE!If I could give zero stars I would! 30 minute wait, when there were clearly open tables. Table was filthy, as were the dishes. Waitresses kept reaching over my plate. Chefs are TERRIBLE. The food was that of a rinky-dink fast food joint, and the meat was under cooked. Save yourself a stress induced heart attack, and stop somewhere else. You're welcome.
I placed an order to go and I could have had a better option had to go people been better trained. Steak was undercooked and had to be taken back.
They ignore you when you go to pick up your order and leave you sitting forever until you end up checking on the order yourself. The floors inside are always covered in grease and are sticky idk if I'd go back if you like eating in a gross environment go right ahead
The food was great after the waitress took the molded cheese and brought fresh.
Great service, busy night but everything came out in a good amount of time, the food could use some work on flavor, over all ok place to eat.
30 minute wait for a table. Finally was seated at a table in bar area. No one came to bring us menus or to get our drink order. Ended up waiting over an hour for our food to get to table. People seated after us got their food before us and were out the door long before we were. End up being there little over 2 hours. Will not be back.
I will never eat another burger anywhere else but Chili's!It was simply the best burger, great taste, perfect amount of condiments that I can remember!Rudy was an awesome & attentive server.... great job!
I will never go here again. After waiting 30 minutes for our food at lunch, when the restaurant barely had any tables, our server approached us to let us know our order hadn't gone through the tablet and that we needed to order again. We had 3 small children with us plus people who had to get back to work so we could not stay and wait another 30 minutes or however long it would've taken to get our food. Our server then proceeded to tell us "sorry" and that our drinks and chips are on the house. A manager then came over and gave us 5 $5 gift certificates. For 7 of us. And said "you don't have to use these at my restaurant, I understand if you dont." Absolutely awful service.
