I've visited 3 location and this one was the worst. The food was good, so I want to be fair. The service was the absolute worst. Really, the woman that we dealt with acted like we were bothering her and like giving me hot sauce was a favor. I don't know if she was native or hispanic, but she really didn't seem to care for people of a darker hue or maybe it was the head covers. I don't know, but whatever it was justified a level of pissyness I didn't see offered to anyone else in the restaurant. We won't be back. Do better...
Don’t come here on your lunch break. It’ll take anywhere between 30-55mins not only to order but also get your food. 7 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong. Don’t bother. It’s too much BS
I ordered the 9 PC gizzard with fried okra and roll with 44 Oz diet coke. I received a 4 PC tender meal with fries , roll and 44 Oz tea. Tried to call and let management know and see if they would send me what I ordered and make me happy. Nobody answered phone. Good way to lose business
I'll only go to this chicken express because of drive thru guy name darsey(He need a raise). This guy was running all around that place like he was the only person working. He the only one outta every chicken express in Amarillo to get our order right.. thanks to you we'll be coming to you...........

Crap tasted like two day old warmed up chicken!!! The lady taking the order didn’t even give me the spicy chicken I ordered and was rude!!!
Do not eat at this chicken express! Employees have bad hygiene habits, they also Eat in front of customers, while working. Their Tea containers are filthy, the tea smells like mildew. Tables are filthy as well. They need to do a thorough cleaning of this location. Absolutely disgusting!
This is the world's best place for chicken strips okra. Have great iced tea. We always recommend this place.
Ordered fish and 3 rolls.The rolls were rock hard stale.Why? Why even bother giving away old stale food?Don't bother stopping here, there's plenty other chicken express locations.
