I go to this restaurant very regularly. Everyone who is on staff is wonderful and they all work very hard, every time.I have a problem with this location not doing any kind of curbside, or in-store pickup. Everything has to be drive thru only.They remodeled the whole restaurant to help with the drive-thru line issue, (It gets backed up into the street for nearly every meal.) but it didn’t help at all.I feel like a ton of the people in the drive-thru would order in-store pickup if given the option. It speeds up the process and cuts back on the line of cars.Adding another way to get your order just seems like a very logical way to help the flow, just like the other location here in town.

This location does not seem to think online customers are important. Waiting 30 minutes for an order while 30-40 cars drive up and order and leave is unexcusable. All manager can say is, “sorry.” People ordering online pay the same prices and should receive the same priority. You had their order before they arrived and before the cars in the drive thru ordered. Making them wait because they are parked and aren’t holding up your drive thru is NO excuse and you need to do better!!! Also noted several Door Dash drivers leave without their customer orders because they lose money waiting 20-30 minutes for you to decide to get them the orders. Ridiculous!!!

I use to love this Chick-fil-A but I don't appreciate the fact that they lie to customers. I know alot of of us who live on this side were hoping they would reopen the dine in area but they constantly say they dont "have enough staff" to reopen it. Its an obvious lie because their profits are up and they can absolutely hire more people but they won't. You can tell by the way they remodeled that they had no intention of opening the dine in area. Such a huge disappointment.

I always order the nuggets, I've never had a bad batch or any other issue with them. The lemonade is so good, it's my go-to.

This location was almost completely out of food. The floors were greasy, tables were dirty, we asked to dine in but they gave us our food in bags. Very bad experience. You can do much better.

Wish they would open up the playground... so tired of them using the excuse of covid. If the lobby can be open so should the playground

You'll almost always see a long line at the drive up, but that is the fastest moving line in town. The food is always good also. I've never received something I thought had been sitting for a while.

I've eaten at Chick-fil-A thousands of times over the course of years and never have I experienced the customer service I did when we went to this franchise.My husband and I ordered in the drive-thru, my order wasn't cooked thoroughly as a matter of fact we were both not pleased that our sandwiches tasted undercooked and not hot. Also my hashbrowns were room temperature to the touch. I went inside to request that the be remade and I was first approached by the assistant manager who seemed receptive to my concerns and proceeded to comply but coincidentally, the owner/manager Tammy intervened and not only was she defensive but very rude and she begin to insult me and refute my claim about the food so much that her and I began to go back and forth over the counter. It was an embarrassing and very unfortunate situation and I'm actually disappointed in myself that I let her unsettled spirit carry over on to me. She carried on and on mon stop during the entire time while I waited for the order, I felt forced to request a refund and left the restaurant.Nevertheless I personally learned a valuable lesson that day along with the fact that I'll never patronize that store again.

Excellent food very good service able to accommodate me and my particular dietary needs a specific and preparation with no problem no fuss just a smile and a thank you i highly recommend
