It’s decent but they forgot some of my order and got some of my order wrong. It is a quick and easy place to get food in the mall though.
TL:DR Mistakes are frequent and management doesn’t train staff well in customer service.I love Chick-fil-A, but I won’t return to this location. My mother also had a bad experience here last time as well as this time with us. On a previous purchase my mom was overcharged - which was reimbursed - but the manager showed no humility or real apology for the mistake. This time, a miss understanding and overcharge occurred which took too long to correct, again without humility or a sincere apologetic manner. They were understaffed, but thankfully when we finally received our meal after apologies for the delay, the food was good.
There’s at times when I stop to grab something to eat here , some of the employees here are rude and don’t seem to like saying thank you when they hand out the food..I hope that changes maybe I might start coming back
Pretty obvious the mall chick-fil-a doesn’t want you to use the curbside option. Placed order before arriving and still sat in parking lot for 41 minutes to get cold food. Throughout that time I noticed all the other cars in the curbside reserved spots were their employees vics. 4 delivery car spots empty but all the delivery cars blocking curbside only spots also. Just remove the curbside option and save everyone the frustration.
Chicken Nuggets and sweet tea perfect together. Great employee's.

I've been here before in person, and it was good, but today I had a sub-par experience with delivery. They forgot the honey mustard sauce that comes included with the grilled chicken sandwich. Half of the lettuce on the sandwich was rotten. The fries were soggy. When I tried to submit a survey through Chick-fil-A to bring these deficiencies to their attention, I was greeted with a message saying they have already fulfilled their quota of surveys for the month (and it's not even halfway through the month). Not worth the ~$21 it cost me and not the quality I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
Even when the line for the drive thru reaches all the way out to the street it dosent take long to get done. Its even better when we use our app and pre-order. The best and most friendly employees you will ever meet.
I dont even know what to say; Chick-fil-A used to deliver from our Coulter location, since it’s changed to the mall, NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Multiple times food not in order, had to order again. Trying to contact the restaurant….don’t even try they won’t answer. Ridiculous, Chick-fil-A should be embarrassed.
Although the food is always good, hot and fresh, the parking is somewhat of a flustered cluck. Cars stick out onto Georgia causing quite a backup at times and are cause for an accident.My order always comes out correct, hot and fresh. I always choose this location based on the promptness and attentiveness to my order.
