I hate that I have to resort to this, but they messed up my delivery order which is rare. I tried to call 3 times to be placed instantly on hold and then hung up on all 3 times. So if they mess your order up don’t expect them to help you unless you go to the store yourself. I don’t think I’ll be using their delivery option again. UPDATE: a coworker went to this same location and told them they messed up my order and gave my fries to him for me. All is well.

Food and people are great. I know they're probably as short staffed as the rest of the country, but I waited quite a while for pickup after the app said someone was on their way with my order. I was about to go in and check when they finally came out. But, my order was correct and I'm glad for that. I have NEVER had a complaint here before so I'm sure this is an isolated incident.
Today my daughter had their end of year awards ceremony. So last night I was trying to figure out a place to grab some fast food but the problem was that the school was serving lunch at 10:30 am and they only have 30min to eat ?. The problem was most places START serving lunch at either 10:30 or 11 and I would've been late. I saw that chic fil a starting serving lunch at 10am from the app. So I tried to put my order through the app right at 10am so it would be ready by the time i got there. We'll the app said that it COULD take up to 15-20min to cook my meal after the order is placed. So I called up there and talked to the manager and I gave her my order over the phone. When i arrived there was a really long line, inside and out. I went up to the manager, Ariana Acosta, and she helped me IMMEDIATELY. Ariana, DID NOT have to go the extra mile for me like she did because there were so many people ahead of me. But I was sooo desperate to not miss lunch with my daughter!! Ariana Acosta and the rest of the staff of Chic Fil A on Georgia, THANK YALL SOOOO MUCH!!! YOU MADE MY DAUGHTERS DAY!!
Outside employees needed more training. Also needed a manager to be watching the 2 girls until they learned their job. Didn't follow through on making sure the correct cars drove forward. 3 of us customers had to roll down our windows & ask them to get it under control. Food was delicious as usual.2 days before the guy Outside Didn't get my order correct, & never asked my name for order. This caused confusion when they tried to find my order at the window. The guy didn't interact. Food was good, as usual.Corporate Chick-fil-A is now running the store. Local owner lost the store.Employees are always very nice & food always great!Need to take lessons from the owner of the Georgia Street store. They have ALWAYS been perfect!
If you haven't ever visited this place, then it's your lucky day! The drive-thru line wraps around the building onto Georgia Street and getting inside to eat can be treacherous due to having to walk through the drive-thru line. Once inside you'll come to find out that only one cashier inside was willing to work because some how the other cash register was inoperable.The speedy service will have you coming back again soon. The cleanliness of the the dining area is fantastic. The restroom, for men, is always a disaster. Of course, men can't seem to aim right.Heck, you don't even need to get up to get your own drink refills, or throw away your trash. There are always folks willing to help out.5 stars for all around service!!
We visited this location yesterday for lunch and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, we got our food fast, the place was clean, the child play area was clean. There was one worker who really stood out; I didn’t ask her her name but she was wonderful. She saw me struggling with my twin boys and helped me connect their wifi to their tablets, she checked on us numerous times and was just so friendly. ?
Yes the lines maybe be long all the time, but the service and people are always so polite and nice. I had 1 problem 1 time where we received a spicy chicken instead of a regular chicken sandwich. I called and asked if I could swing by to get another and to let them know that batch may have gotten switched around. They replaced the sandwich no problem, no issues, small wait due to lines but nothing else.Also the owner and his family are big supporters in our area whenever they are asked for anything in regards to kids. So they will always get our business!
I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich on a group delivery order and the chicken was heavily breaded, overcooked and greasy. It has no tomato and the lettuce was greasy and wilted. I usually love ChickfilA but this sandwich was subpar. Very disappointed.
The atmosphere was pleasant, even though a child birthday party going on at the time I entered the Chick-fil-A. There was a good length to the line at the counter but it went very smooth and quickly. I paid close attention to the cashier (Maddy). She was attentive to the customers, very cheerful ? ☺️ attitude, helpful with suggestions, and one of the biggest things we need to see, a smiling face. My experience was great! I don't eat out much but I will remember Chick-fil-A on Georgia St. I saw fantabulous team work going on.?????
