Very clean and organized store, of course delicious ice cream ,fairly priced and very good customer service I'm in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating very polite and offered very good assistance we need it I highly recommend the store any family????
Ice cream was good. But they need more people to help with inside counter. They had 4 people working the drive thru. Then 1 person would come off the drive thru to take care of the inside counter customers.
Braum's is a rare, regionalized treat because they won't open a location outside the range of their own dairies.So, when I'm in a city with a Braum's, stopping at a location isn't optional. It's a must. And in the ideal world, I'll stop for both a meal and dessert.On this trip to Amarillo, dessert was the plan and Braum's achieved perfection. As always, the lime sherbet freeze (think a milk shake with lime sherbet) satisfied.Unlike some other locations (looking at you, Hiilsboro, TX), this location handled a crowd well. Both the staff and management worked well to keep the lines to a minimum.
Nice to see a good selection of sugar free flavors. I ended up ordering a bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was crispy and the burger was great. My daughter had an ice cream. We will be back soon. Service was good. The whole place was clean. Nice to have a Braums close to the house.
This place is still a relatively new braum's. They have some kinks to work out. Food is great...when you get what you order. Their Assistant Manager Javier was helpful and corrected missing items in a to go order. It's been awhile since I've had a manager make you feel that sincere about fixing what was wrong.
Our family loves Braums. But this location just started being very dirty. The tables take forever to get cleaned. Staff is very slow and unmotivated.
The food was fantastic and the store is very nice (impressive selection!), but I really want to rave about the sinks in the restrooms. For real, nicer flow than any other public restroom I've ever been in. What a pleasure to wash my hands! This place gets five stars for THAT alone!
Place was nice. Not busy at all when we went. Still got the order wronge. Very dissatisfied with that..?
Food was cold and can taste it was microwaves I believe it doesn’t even draw the one star
Had ice cream after church tonight, the line moved fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Dining room had a few dirty tables but most were clean. Service was great and we had some nice frozen milk with the grandkids.
