Should have went to what a burger. Food was cold Drive thru take out employee just handed our sack of food didn’t say one word. We check our food and cold fries. We waited for her to recognize we were there and she opened the window we said our fries where cold she took them back and gave us more shut window didn’t say anything and walked away. We never had the chance to ask for better burgers. So say customer service. I will be calling corporate!
I run in the store at 10:39pm, I asked what time they close. He says "10:45. Whatcha need". "Custom creation", I say."No Problem!". I go to the market area, at check out, he brings my milkshake to me. Not.kne complaint. He had a calm smile and said he gave me a discount.Love the southern hospitality!
The window lady was very rude. I asked to changed the ice cream on a banana split and it was such an inconvenience for her. I asked her for a manager and she said she was a manager, turns out she was lying when i went inside she lied about being a manager. Definitely won't be going back. 34th and coulter in Amarillo Texas is absolutely atrocious.
Good ice cream and mostly friendly faces. One gentleman acted as if he were lost, but maybe he was a new employee.

Multiple items wrong in our order. Carbonation was out on all sodas. They forgot our homey mustard. Chicken tenders were old and dried out. Pretty poor experience all around.
Food was good once we got it. However we went through the drive-thru and the drink order was not right. So we had to pay the difference at the next window.
Good food, dood service every time. Would give it 5 stars if it would just work on being a bit cleaner in the dinning area between guests.
I love the Fresh Market at Braum's! They have very fresh fruit and breads. Also, we love the wide variety of ice cream! The food from the drive thru is always delicious!
The workers are always very courteous on every visit. I'm not sure who to fault for there not being utensils or condiments placed in the bag for to go orders, but that has happened on multiple occasions. That is why there are only 4 stars.
