Ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions. Left and opened the wrapper. My 9 year old was even jealous. You never see a burger look like it does on the commercial. It even tasted awesome. Had to call the manager and let her know whoever was cooking did an amazing job. She said she would let her know! Wish I had taken a picture but I didn't.
Stopped in Amarillo, Texas for a quick treat! This place was AWESOME!!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted incredibly graciously and treated extremely kind!! I am completely blown away by the fantastic prices at Braums, so so so nice to know one can take their family out for ice cream without "breaking the bank"!!!! Please consider coming to New Mexico with Braums........we need a great place to patronize in New Mexico!!
Ice cream was delicious - staff could've been a bit more attentive. Person helping me started helping the next person before my order was done and when I tried to pay, I was ignored, so I went and sat down and enjoyed my ice cream and payed after I was done. Overall a good experience but staff was so inattentive that I probably could've gotten away with not paying (although I did pay).
I can't believe I have to leave a 1-star review for a Braum's store, but this experience was so terrible that I am submitting a formal complaint with corporate following this review.While I did not directly experience any issues with my order, I did experience secondhand the absolutely gross and unprofessional quality of employees that staff this establishment after 8pm. Now, I cannot say that they are all rude. Matter of fact, it seemed to be one specific employee that was causing a lot of the problems, but it was affecting every customer that was walking in, waiting for a pickup order, and waiting in drive thru.This one particular employee (wish I had their name but I'm not even sure they were wearing a name tag) was being so rude to the other employees (and even customers!!) and screaming and yelling all over the place. They were berating every single employee and customer in that store. The other employees were very visibly distraught and frustrated. One employee looked to be new, and they were getting every single bit of negative attitude and criticism from the screaming employee. I don't know if this person is the only bad employee, but corporate needs to visit this location and fix these issues immediately. This is a toxic environment for everyone involved.I will refuse to visit this location until I know for a fact that this issue has been resolved. I cannot even imagine working in an environment like that.
I was very happy to be able to go to a Braum's for a hamburger! I am recently returned to the area & it was one dining experience that I was greatly anticipating! The service was excellent. By the time my milkshake was made, my burger & fries were ready for me to sit down to eat. It was all very goodHot & fresh, with fresh fries & great flavors. All the staff were focused on their jobs throughout the store& it was clean& stocked. My compliments to the whole crew & the managers for providing great training& support for the employees. Very positive experience. The Western Street location in Amarillo is the best store! I will make sure to go to this store when I am ready for another treat of a great meal!
The place was not very clean, tables or bathroom. Ordered to go. The Aloha burger is gross. Couldn't eat it. I feel so sick ?. Do not order the Aloha burger.
I got a single scoop strawberry shortcake. The container was a little larger than a Dixie cup. She put the cake in, then strawberries, then a scoop of ice cream (bigger than the cup itself), then more strawberries, then whipped cream and 2 cherries. It was a mess from the get go.I stuck the spoon in and the mess began. Strawberries went all over my hands and the table. The small container almost turned over. I could only eat a couple bites before the whole thing passed me off. I literally washed my hands of it and left. You don't put 100 lbs of manure in a 50 lb sack.
I've always liked braums ice cream but the past 2 times I've gone to the one on Georgia, just north of i-40, the service has been worse than terrible. Bad attitudes, and unhelpful employees up in the front. (This is the shift in at around 1:30)
I’m not sure why I keep going back here, my orders wrong every time. And apparently there’s a spoon shortage, they don’t give one with your ice cream and seem incredibly put out when you ask for one.
They served me a hamburger with mold on it. Got upset because I wanted my money back. People should really check their food while eating at this location.
