I WOULD NEVER Eat there. The employee don't wash their hands . They made my ice cream with pimples juice on their fingers . Then I went to the bathroom and seen BLACK MOLD in the toilet seat . Also I seen that the grease for the fries haven't been changed out since a month . And they are using the same thing to cook with . Health department hadn't came there since 3 year ago. Be careful where you eat at .
We came in early in the morning and it was still dirty from the night before. There was food and trash under the prep counters, tables were still dirty. Trash was full. Food debris was on the can lids. We have eaten there a few times passing through on vacation. Braums isn't what it used to be. I have eaten at Braums since the 70s. They are all dirty. Cheese doesn't come melted on burgers. I could go on.
Not only was I given the wrong order but almost had a high risk food allergy which I'm glad I've check my bag at the store. Told a older female staff member that this was NOT my order and that I was highly allergy to the pineapple. She started to argue with me saying that it was my order and didn't get what the problem was. The other staff member came over and told her to remake it. I watching her switch out the chicken that was touching the pineapple to the new salad and had to tell her again to make the chicken again cuz can't have the pineapple. She rolled her eyes at me. Im not going to location anymore.
meals always received great and usually in timely manner. However, recent drive thru experience the employee on intercom was laughing during his introduction which clearly could not understand and no suggestive sell. then I pulled up to second window and a young lady with no friendly attitude at window just open window and requested I moved to the right and will have it right out.
Something grabbed my attention today poor management and cleanliness and customer attention. The first thing the customer walks up to is the dessert station and that said it all. Milk shake machine dirty, yogurt machine dirty, counters, glass all needed at least wiped down. In the dining room every single table was needed to be wiped down. I don't really do reviews but I feel the public needed to be informed about this visit.
Great place, but very dirty. Behind counters, under counters, is trash, spill ice cream, milk, chocolate items used to make your orders. Restroom are also unclean, along with tables. I have come in regularly, for I just moved to this side of town.I see people standing around, when they could be cleaning.I'm hoping management sees this REVIEW, and will take action.Great place, who doesn't love Braums and there ice cream and food.
Place was dirty, good flavor but the cleaner les not good.
Got a hamburger and a sundae. The ice cream menu was almost too big to pick from. Quick service and relatively clean.
Delicious strawberry and Cherry Bordeaux ice cream cones. Staff was very friendly and happy. Nice to see employees laughing together as they work in a kitchen.
Have given a few chances on getting orders right.Accepted some not right but it getting old when u can't even get an egg on sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Biscuits where too hard to eat eat.
