Good ice cream
Braum's is like McDonald's, Wendy's and, or Burger King on steroids. Superior, fresh made burgers and ice cream heaven. Section of restaurant is dedicated to a small convenience store to pick up breads, desserts, dairy, produce; some vegetables, meat, frozen foods, ice, ice cream, yogurt, and more. Much more convenient than having to go to larger grocery stores when you need to pick up a few food items. you'll be in and out in no time-
Fella taking our order obviously hated life working at Braums. Our family of 5 ate there a group of employees (teenaged) sat behind us cursed profusely mentioned birth control and one kept invading my space in our booth with his arms. I asked him to move his arms and was mocked. Disappointing behavior at a family fave regardless of the employees age respecting a family and peoples space shouldn't be difficult. Did I mention this was on Mothers day? Yeah really disappointed.
Got 4 items in drive thru. It took 3 trips (an item at a time) and they missed my 4th item. The banana split had only a half banana. The fries had no salt and tasted better after I dropped them in the floor board
Went through drive through. Asked for 2 HAMBURGERS. One with no tomatoes and no onions. Both burgers had mayo on them. GROSS. wish I had known that.I got CHEESEBURGERS. Got 1 of the burgers and it had onions and tomatoes on it. What I had asked NOT TO HAVE ON IT. I will NOT be back.ive been to Brauns 8 times in 27 yrs because order is never right .
I had originally left the Sonic Drive-In because of the rude customer service I had received and went to braum's the young lady was very very helpful and very nice she helped me with my order we got exactly what we ordered but I asked for and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything cuz we was traveling she was very kind and made sure that we got what we needed before we left the drive-thru window she was very nice so I will go back there and the food was very great and hot the milkshakes was unbelievably nice and tasted very refreshing.
It literally took 24 minutes to get 2 sundaes from this place. I received my sundaes, went home to eat 1 after eating about 3 spoonfuls I found a hair in it. I was very upset and will be calling to let them know. That is disgusting to say the least.

The food was good, but...We were parked after our order which included a bag of burritos (which is 5 burritos) and an omelets bagel. After 10 minutes of wait I was ready to walk in when finally our order came out.We got home, and there were 4 burritos. No way to fix this after the fact.2 stars because the food was good. Stars lost because it should not take over 10 minutes to make an order, and we were shorted a burrito. I'll be going to the Grand Street location where I have never had that problem.
Worst experience by far. Food took over 30 minutes to get to us when the place was empty, the employees are rude and lazy and once we got our food they messed up our orders, id suggest not coning here and going somewhere else.
