Absolutely amazing food! First time visiting for a party of four. Appetizer was the spinach artichoke dip, it was on the smaller side for what you are paying, and is made pretty much for two. The adult beverages were very well made and generous, for a decent price to boot. The food we received was enjoyed by everyone. Ranging from burgers, fish, and chicken pasta (just needed a little more salt and pepper on the chicken but the pasta was fantastic). Everything was hot when served and came out in a pleasing amount of time after ordering. The staff was very nice and attentive. The establishment wasn't as clean as I would have liked, with the floors being littered with bits of food from previous diners. Overall a great experience that will have us coming back for more!
We’re in town from Dallas and wanted a steak. Aspen got great reviews so we thought we’d give it a try. Its very Texas Road House but the steaks were amazing. We paid $22 for steaks that could not have been better. Drinks were generous too. Loaded mash potatoes a winner. Chad was our server. He’s a serving machine. On top of everything. We’d definitely come back.
My husband and I come here often. This is my favorite restaurant in Amarillo. We’ve had amazing service every time. Tristan, London, Chad, Wyatt (just to name a few) are all absolutely exceptional servers. Because my husband and I frequent here so often, we have seen the staff perform under so many challenges - short staffing, namely. And they have all handled it with grace and dignity - even when faced with rude and disrespectful people. I have never had a bad meal, and only once was my steak cooked incorrectly. And when I say they went above and beyond to correct it, I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND. We are never rushed, always greeted with a smile, and are genuinely never disappointed. Love Aspen Creek fish and chips. Went today at 12:30. There was one other person in the whole restaurant. The man seated us right away. After a while he came back and said he was moving us since he could not find our waitress. We moved to the other side of the restaurant and waited another 10 minutes and still no waitress. One girl walked by our table during this time and never even looked our way. We just got up and left and probably won't be back. I could be more sympathetic if they were busy, but there was only one other person in the entire restaurant. I got my fish and chips fix across the highway.
Good food and plenty of it. The service was just OK, but the portion size made up for it. The meat loaf was excellent.

The Monday sirloin special and 2 sides is always on point. I have never ordered a steak to go and it was perfect by the time I arrived home. The baked potato wasn't mush, wasn't raw, it was just right and seasoned right as well.
Food has always been delicious! Service not so great last time but we will definitely be back again and again! Good prices! Great specials! Delicious food!
This was exactly the dining experience one hopes to have! My wife and I loved the food, the friendly staff, and the overall quality of the restaurant. This is definitely one to come back to again and again.
This is our go to place for Christmas eve dinner and we always enjoy it - however, do be warned not to ask for any adult drinks that require more than opening a bottle - I was super disappointed - however, we had a fantastic waitress (Wendy) and she took care of us really well!
