I have gone here pretty frequently but I'm guessing night is not the time to go. Half of the time I come they forget cheese on my burger. Tonight when I came the only vegetables that they put on was tomatoes. At least they got the cheese. Tonight and the last few times before the food has not been hot coming out. This time there was also no ketchup or mustard on the burgers . They also no longer put napkins in. This place has really gone downhill.
I live in Memphis Tennessee but I drive to Alvin TXCouple times of year to visit my family. We always look forward to having a Whataburger.On Sunday April 3, 2022 we order 3 burgers and 1 Jr. burger with fries and drinks. After waiting 57 mins in the drive thru the order was cold and wrong. It appeared if the burgers had been made and refused -returned by a previous customer but was used to filled my order. We threw them out. I’m offended!Whataburger has announced that they are opening 2 new stores in the Memphis area and I have always spoken well about my experiences and the quality of the food and service until today. Extremely disappointed and concerned but as I continue to offer a fair opinion I will include this experience.I won’t be using this location every again!!!!
If I could do half a star or no star I would. This what a burger location has constantly messed up my extremely simple order multiple times. And they are extremely inefficient, for a location that has a duel drive through, they literally never use it. And therefore they get backed up with a massive line taking up the parking lot, all while your food gets made and left to sit and cool before you get to the window. Not only tonight, but multiple nights I’ve taken a bite out of not fresh burger, borderline cold. (I live literally 30 seconds across the street, so there should be absolutely no reason my food should be cold. At the least It should feel warm to the touch.) With tonight they actually messed up my burger, and I still had hopes it would be fine, yet I was met with extreme disappointment. I don’t even want to mention that the first fry I ate was literally cold in my mouth. Or that the two orders of gravy were also room temperature. I have wasted a bunch of money to this location, and have never made a complaint like this before. But after tonight I’ll be seriously considering ordering again. And if I do, and these problems persists. I will most definitely be speaking to a supervisor, and gladly voice all of my complaints.
This place has really gone DOWNHILL. The drive-thru employees that bring out your order are not trained properly. They do not know the difference between an order form that is attached to the bag of food and a receipt for the purchase. Food quality has REALLY degraded to be no better than Sonic. This is the SECOND TIME that my burger looks like it was SMASHED when assembled! Sad that a once great burger place has turned into a sub-par burger place.
3 cars in the drive through, we’re the last car and ordered 2 Jr Burgers with fries. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to get bits and pieces of cold fries. Not good.
Service was terrible. Repeated order twice still came out wrong . Girl behind counter was rude and extremely disrespectful. Had to back to counter twice once for screwed up order then to get napkins. Place smelled like the bathroom. Store was dirty with spilled ketchup and paper debris on floorNot the only customer with complaint just the only one to speak up. I am done with this store
I do not know of its my local whataburger , or if others have the same issue. But service is typically fairly slow. The food is good and people are nice. Just wish it wouldn't take 10 min to get my food when I'm only second in line.
We waited an hour in the drive through for out order.. normally this spot it takes long and the wait time keeps getting longer by the visit. Today was ridiculous, over an hour in the drive through
Sitting in line for 25 min for a shake that was like water and frys that were rock hard isn't worth it. Both went in the trash.
The staff and food bypassed all expectations here! Management & staff were so friendly and kind. It felt very welcoming here. Far outshines our hometown Whataburger in Angleton. I’d be willing to make the little drive next time my family wants to eat here.
