If you're lucky enough to get what you ordered after your 45 minute wait (average seems to be 15 minutes per order) it's likely going to be cold and soaked in grease.Don't even bother offering online. They charge you and then don't have half the things you bought. No refund. No apology. Nothing. Just "too bad you ordered things we don't have, bye!"Good luck getting a response from the company over it too. Taco Bell has stopped caring at all.
Ordered a bowl WITHOUT sour cream and rice. I'm allergic to sour cream. PAID for extra tomatoes, lettuce and beans but didn't get any of the extras i paid for. But got the sour cream and rice. Couldn't eat the bowl at all.Thanks for trying to kill me TACO BELL.Make sure y'all check your orders before leaving the drive thru.
went threw drive thru order nacho box and 3 soft tacos got told by employeethey were going to make fresh nacho fires because the old ones were no good and she even said she wouldn't eat them to just pull around front and she would bring out my order well long story short i seen her leave for end of her shift i waited 30-40 min no cars in drive thru no one waiting still no order and the new shift had no clue about my order
If you're looking to get home with half of your items missing, despite paying for them, then look no further than this Taco Bell.Want employees to complain when you return with a receipt because they forgot your items? Want them to STILL forget items after you return?This is the spot for you.Take the extra 10, 15, or however many minutes to go to another Taco Bell, or just find something else in the area.

Found hair in Burrito try to reach out but it’s a non working number would not recommend at all. The drive Thur lady says there is nothing she can do but is the manger. Please check food for eating.
So far since coming here had no problems with my order . We've gone to a different one and they given us our order like they literally just threw it together. But here all good...good service and great employee's here.
Fast drive through times, good customer service. If only they still have thier $5 box still. Inflation at its finest.
I've been going to this Taco Bell for years. Management and the window folks have always been awesome. BUT the cooks/food preparing workers are absolutely terrible. I will order a burrito and the ingredients will be in sections and not evenly distributed throughout the burrito. I'll even get an extra ingredient added to an item sometimes and there will only be a small bit of it in the taco or burrito I order.
