I always go to that Subway because I consider it one of the cleanest. Today I went and had to tell the employee that I did not want the sandwich because it had a fly and she just shook it with the intention of continuing to make the same sandwich. I had to tell her I didn't want it.
I'm a regular here, and these folks are great. Foods always good and the people are always nice. 10/10 recommend

Horrible customer service. The young lady behind the counter was annoyed she had customers a good hour and a half before it closed. We were told they did not have roast beef or spicy mustard and it was clear we were absolutely foolish for asking. Our sandwiches were completely crushed by the young lady when putting it in the bag.
As the gentleman was making my sandwich I noticed a hair. Thinking to myself if I ask him to remove it surely he will know the best thing is to remake it. But that was not the situation.I did not stick around I just turned around and walked out.

Very rude older Hispanic lady, will never go there again. She literally mumbles and rolls her eyes at everyone that comes in.
