Hello and good morning to all. If you are like me you are in line at the Starbucks next to Home Depot in Alvin right now, lol… There are so many negative post out there, but here is a positive one! Starbucks is busy 24/7 and somehow they continue to preserver… big shout out to my favorite barista Sammie; always polite, professional and super positive…keep up the outstanding work!
The lady working tonight 7/21/20 refused to serve me cause she said to they were closed at 20:45And she was wearing her mask as a chin strap. Not covering her mouth and nose at all. Unprofessional. The employees at this location seem to try to rush out of work and say they can't make something cause they cleaned the machines 30-45 minutes before closing!
Everyone is excellent but this one barista Waylon ALWAYS makes my drink wrong every time I go in and I go in about 3 times a week. Very very disappointed. Do not every try to go if he’s working, I’m drinking straight milk and I got a Carmel frappe.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went last night an HOUR before closing. The woman was cleaning and when she saw me, she looked at her watch to indicate that she didn’t appreciate me being there (an hour) before closing. She then made me wait several minutes while she continued to clean. When she finally took my order, she rolled her eyes and very rudely asked what I wanted. She then cut me off mid order to tell me she couldn’t make my drink the way I wanted. She rushed to make the drink, handed it to me without saying a word, and stormed off. Do not start cleaning and preparing to close an entire hour before your shift is over. Do not get mad at customers for ordering an hour before closing. Do not catch an attitude with customers because you clearly don’t like your job. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

The coffee is good but the prices are way too high.
